Sekuwa by Kilo in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur is a popular spot for enjoying local flavors in a cozy and comfortable environment. You can choose from buff, chicken, or pork sekuwa, all of which are nicely marinated and grilled with a good smoky flavor. However, one thing worth mentioning is that the quantity of sekuwa feels a bit on the lower side, even though it is mentioned as 0.5 kg or 1 kg on the menu. Taste-wise it’s good, but portion-conscious diners might notice this difference. Other standout dishes include the Mustang aloo, which is a must-try, and the buff sukuti and choila, both of which are rich in authentic Newari taste and very satisfying. For vegetarian options, corn and peanuts prepared in Newari style are available and go well as sides. They also serve fresh juices, a variety of coffee, beer, and other alcoholic beverages, making it a good place to relax. A big plus is their office lunch offer, where momo, fried rice, or chowmein is available for just Rs. 99 from 12 PM to 3 PM, with a glass of Coke at Rs. 50. Payments are hassle-free with cash, cards, and FonePay accepted, and VAT bills are provided. Overall, it’s a great place for taste and ambience, with just a small note on portion size for sekuwa.

Visited Sekuwa by kilo few days back during lunch hour. They have this whole menu just for lunch hour(12-3), which had so much discounted price. The food was really great. Specially veg momo, buff sekuwa. Very modern aesthetic wise. Fast service. Helpful staffs. It was jam packed but yet staff managed to put the order on time. Pocket friendly menu. Would love to visit again.

I visited this place 2 times during the lunch hour . They work really fast and their pork Momo and chow mein is really good . They provide Coke with their lunch menu. Don’t worry they have other offer as well and food combo . Their service is also really fast and nice. Their lunch hour menu is money worth . And their chicken sekuwa is really juicy.

First of all I was really disappointed by the quantity of Sekuwa in a 320rs Sekuwa set. They did tell it was 120gm, but gosh, could you have clarified, we take 320 for 6 small pieces of Pork. The Bhutan was burnt. But atleast the quantity was right. The service were having a meeting of something, we asked one of them to take our order, and they were like NO I need to go to a meeting in a harsh way. And then we had to search for a waiter. The atmosphere was good though, ambience was nice.

This has got to be some of the Best Vibes in Kathmandu. A 450-500 covers restaurant packed on a Saturday evening. I have been here couple of times with my family and friends I found Great food, great atmosphere and good staff. Food taste was great like so much here Momo , Newari items and Piza too . It’s really looking great ambiance like sitting here . I highly recommended you all Sekuwa by Kilo visit once if you are looking great Restaurant and good food around Jhamsikhel.

Here must try items are Chicken Biryani and Chicken sekuwa, you'll love it. But trying Margherita Pizza wasn't worth it at all, but according to price it's thik thak. Pizza crust seems to be like sel, found that unique in their pizza. The combo meal is also good, and the meat in the combo is just finger licking good. ❤️

Sekuwa By Kilo never disappoints. We tried a bit of everything: the Chicken Tikka, Buff Jhol Momo, and even some Chicken Cheese Burgers for the kids. Everything was delicious and fresh. The hospitality from Devendra and Monika was the cherry on top—they were so patient with our large group and handled everything with a smile. It’s our new favorite family dining spot!

Day 1 of posting from here I almost eat here everyday during their lunch hour this is the bestest place, always same taste soo good and so affordable at Rs 100 only it is very good for everyone mostly for students and corporate workers. The staff are also well behaved with the customers.

I'm visited the restaurant 1w ago. there I'm ordering chicken charming 🤤 that's Tammy 😋. this is good restaurant in lalitpur area near pulchowk. decoration is beautiful and environment is pretty good. so I recommendation restaurant two any one who have to hungry for breakfast or dinner.

Worst food and terrible customer service. I ordered 6 plates of chicken momo and chowmein yesterday but both were undercooked the momo chicken was half-cooked and the chowmein wasn’t properly done either and again I have order today 2plate momo and 2plate chowmein takeaway but again same thing happened and I felt very embarrassed in front of my friends due to the food quality . Very disappointing experience. This place is only good for sekuwa, nothing else.

Stopped here for a quick bite and tried chicken sekuwa and buff momo. The spice level was spot on! Anu provided excellent service; she was quick professional, and had a great smile.Its rare to find such consistent service and food quality in the city

I had a really disappointing experience here. The staff didn’t seem to have basic etiquette when dealing with customers and came across as unnecessarily rude. A photographer started taking pictures without permission, and when I politely asked him not to, he ended up scolding and shouting at me. Instead of just calmly saying he wasn’t taking photos, he paused, turned back with his camera, and came right up to my face to prove it which felt very unprofessional, especially since I was speaking to him respectfully. I was also told that the owner would “filter” the matter, which honestly made the situation more frustrating. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I believe the staff seriously need proper customer service training. I still can’t fully put into words how uncomfortable this made me feel.

Great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere! We were served by Monica, who was incredibly pleasant and attentive throughout. The pork sekuwa and buff momo were standout dishes—both absolutely delicious. Prices were reasonable for the quality offered. Special thanks to Manager Dipendra, who was very courteous, took the time to answer all our questions, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
