my experince is also not good. When i was useing temperature controller 303 it was fine but last 10 days back purchased XC2200 for preset length counter real colour of company came out. last 10 days only this person to other person only talk and programming nobody knows any thing to rectify the problem only transferring one person to other call , finally i gave up and put some other company and within half and hour problem solved. I think selec is selling 40 watt normal bulb no guarantee etc. i have to initiate case against this company for my time was wasted for this Rs 4000/-item.

We are strongly recommended PID330-U-C-1 ,PID110-U-C-1 because last one year we use this product It's continuously working properly

I went to selec mumbai office for placing order,they denied entry and made me to buy it from area agent,which never responded and told me that it wasnt in stock,while finally made purchase from local shop who bought same from agent..terrible service,when customer is coming at your end,at least entertain them..worst management..tried many area agents but no one responded,while everyone is saying its not our area,the area person will contact you.selec staff is doing monkey business

Very bad company....no person sefty. Nothing Person working sefty gaurd. For example, safety helmet, hand glows, safety gogal, safety shoes anything. 10 machine working on one time but no safety fire. only work.
