Had a pleasant experience at Senco Gold & Diamonds. The store has a nice ambience and a decent selection of jewellery. A special mention to Akash, the salesperson, who truly made the visit worthwhile. He was polite, professional, and very empathetic in understanding our preferences. He guided us patiently without any pressure, which made the overall experience smooth and comfortable. That said, I do feel the store could benefit from having a wider collection to choose from. With a broader range, the experience would be even better. Overall, a good visit thanks to the excellent customer service!

It was a pleasure visiting this branch for the first time. Me along with my family have been long term customers of Senco Gold, however we were a little skeptical to visit a newbranch rather than going to our routine branch. ,Mr. Kushagra was very helpful and patient with us. He understood our exact requirement and taste the moment he met us. We finalized our purchase within 1 hour of surfing. I am glad that Senco has such warm hearted people as staff who not only focus on selling, but have a human touch as well. Definitely going back to the shop again.
