I am really happy to share my experience with Setu Team of doctor and front reception of ICU, my cousin delivered premature baby with IUGR and was emergency shifted to Setu, we were out of blue and totally confused what to do. But Honestly, ICU Reception staff completed took care of my cousin's relatives and doctor explained every minute details of procedure and treatment, We were very clear about the progress of baby health and happily discharged at 38 week with 2.00 kg. We are happy with Team Setu Newborn care Centre.

Our baby was born at 31 weeks and his weight was 1.08 kg. We appreciate whole teams excellent work. They made us feel so confident and we got wonderful outcome. All doctors are humble, caring and very approachable. We highly recommend setu for preterm care. Very satisfying care. Thank you to all staff.

We had a great experience at Setu Hospital. Our newborn stayed in the NICU for 5 days, and the care provided was excellent. Dr. Anuj Grover and the team were very supportive, attentive, and professional throughout. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend the hospital for newborn care.

We are very thankful to Setu Hospital Team for looking after our baby girl. She was born very premature at 25 weeks and weighed just only 670gm. Yet she has survived and done so well due to the efforts of the doctors and nurses at Setu Hospital. We will always be grateful to Dr.Anuj, Dr. Jatin, Dr.Dipen and Dr. Ravi for saving our little one. The nursing team is also very good and they take care of all the babies so well. Setu is definitely the best hospital for all premature babies!!

Very disappointing experience. I consulted Dr. Maitry Shah for my newborn, expecting basic guidance and support as a new parent, but the interaction was extremely unsatisfactory. She was rude while answering simple queries related to my baby and did not address most of my concerns at all. The consultation lasted hardly 1–2 minutes, yet full charges were taken. When I asked about precautions for rashes, she refused to provide any guidance, saying she cannot answer without checking—without even attempting to understand the situation or guide next steps. As a parent of a newborn, you expect empathy, patience, and at least basic communication from a pediatrician. Unfortunately, none of that was present. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Our newborn was admitted to the NICU at this center, and we are very happy with the care provided. The treatment was excellent, and the medical staff was very supportive. Thank you for taking such good care of our baby!

This hospital is best treatment in premature baby care and we are very happy with service. we are very satisfied with work of nurses and doctors they are very trained and polite with us. Very happy with doctors and nursing staff, all nurses are very trained and well behaved, they put priority for hygiene and well behaved. I am very happy with care they re taking in NICU as there are minimum of 450 grams infant to above 4kg and especially preterm one... Thnk u team Setu

For NICU care ee highly recommend Setu Newborn care centre. We are very happy with the services of Setu newborn care centre, all doctors and nursing staff are really nice. My twins were admitted to Setu for Respiratory distress for which they have given Cpap support. Now, my babies are on room air. THANK YOU for full support and taking care to my babies.

As parents of twins at born 29+6 weeks, the Setu newborn care centre NICU become our second home during one of the most frightening times of our lives. The care, compassion and expertise show by the nicu team were nothing short of extraordinary. This Nicu gave our family hope and gave our twins the best possible start in life. We will forever be grateful for the skill, patience ce and kindness that helped our little fighters grow stronger each day.

Our experience was very positive. The doctors took great care of our daughter, and the staff consistently kept us informed. Whenever I called for updates, they patiently explained everything and made sure we were always aware of her progress.

Finally after a wait 53 Days almost 2 months our premature Baby boy discharged from hospital but that 53 days gone like many years but I have trust on God and Trust on God on earth Like Dr Ravi sir , Dr Jatin sir, Dr Dipen sir, Dr anuj Sir, Dr Harsh sir, and Dr Nilly Mehta , They treated my Son as a God and now my Son was healthy and Fine , At the time of Born weight was just 1.235 Kg and now His weight is 2.250 Kg, I have transferred ( From mehsana ) my Boy at day1st of He was borned by hearing good successful journey of some parents and some Local dr's references of Setu Newborn Care center, at days 1st i have many doubts in my mind about treatment but after some days when my baby boy growth and his health improved I'm definitely sure that my Baby boy will be fine and healthy bcoz all Dr and nursing staff are treating well and they are providing correct suggestions about everything, They have treated above 12,000 successful premature childs , Well experienced doctors, we'll experienced nursing staff, humble nature of all doctors, I'm always thankful 🙏 of all doctors and nursing staff 🙏 i can't explain my feelings in words Thanks a alot again and i will prefer everyone who suffered problem of child pls must visit one time of Setu Newborn Baby Care center
