La camera non era come mi aspettavo ma pulita. L'albergo è gestito da uno staff giovane, molto disponibile, che parla molto bene inglese. La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole stare vicino alle principali attrazioni della parte europea della città. Colazione per tutti i gusti, letto comodissimo, aria condizionata presente. In due parole "senza pretese" ma con tutto quello che serve.

Моя мама отдыхала в этом отеле в апреле 2026 года. Ей все очень понравилось - хороший чистый номер, вкусные завтраки, очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Сотрудники всегда приходили на помощь, если возникали какие-то вопросы. Удобное местоположение, до главных достопримечательностей рукой подать. Очень рекомендуем!

Excelente custo beneficio! Sinceramente não entendi as reclamações. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e cordiais, explicaram para nós os pontos turísticos, mostraram no mapa, deram dicas... além de que o elevador não estava funcionando e um rapaz nos ajudou a subir com as malas! O quarto era bem limpinho e arrumado. Sobre os comentários do banheiro que tem mofo: achei o banheiro bem limpo e ok, óbvio que é um prédio antigo e precisa de reforma nos banheiros, mas não é tudo isso que estão falando não! Eles servem o café da manhã por 10 euros por pessoa, achei bem gostoso o café mas preferíamos comer em restaurantes para provar as comidas típicas! Enfim, resumindo, ótimo custo benefício, você tem o que você paga!

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und herzlich. Auch das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und insgesamt sehr gut.

Excellent location near Saultanahmet Square , Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace all walking distance. Breakfast included in booking. Sea view rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff and polite and supportive. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is very good, clean, and comfortable. The room was well-maintained and everything felt tidy. The atmosphere was calm, which made the stay very pleasant. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to others.

La peor experiencia, lo único malo de nuestro viaje a Turquía , teníamos una habitación triple que si bien era económica en ninguna parte de la descripción de booking decía que era en un sótano, cuando llegamos nos enviaron a una habitación que olía a moho pero que al menos era en un piso, pero después nos dijeron que esa no era la habitación y nos enviaron a un sótano que olía horrible a moho, la habitación estaba sucia con humedades , se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle, realmente esa habitación no deberían alquilarla a nadie, es insalubre, pagamos 4 noches y solo nos quedamos una, preferimos perder el dinero que exponer nuestra integridad , lo peor es que en booking los comentarios son buenos totalmente contrarios a la realidad, como si pagaran para tener buenas calificaciones y comentarios, muy distinto los de google, donde si reflejan la mala experiencia. No vayan por favor, no arriesguen su salud.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! One of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The place was filthy from the moment I walked in dirty floors, stained sheets, and a foul smell everywhere. The lift wasn’t working, and no one bothered to inform guests in advance. I had to drag my luggage up multiple floors with zero help. The staff were shockingly rude and completely indifferent to any complaints. No basic courtesy, no service, and no sense of hygiene. Save yourself the frustration, this hotel is a complete disgrace and not worth even a single star.

2.8 “Katastrofa” I will write my review on english to more people can understand this review.the hotel was terrible.we came in the afternoon and they was sold our room to somebody else. Those pictures on agoda and booking are all false. Nothing is like that.they gave us small room in basement in which one i cannot breathe, or move my legs freely, its so small.the recepcionist was lost and scared.the ants cooming from the floor, they don’t have even the cup for coffee, and everything is falling apart.So if you see this dont book this hotel, their rooms are in very bad conditions. Good luck

DO NOT STAY HERE if you care about your health! I’m not normally one to review places but for the care and safety of other people I had to. If I could give it less than 1 start I would. I checked into the room and was met with the smell of mould. I tried to have a small rest and my very mild asthma was triggered by the smell of the mould. I went upstairs to ask the desk for a new room and the response was “this is the first we’ve heard anyone tell us this” (a simple check of other Google reviews will tell you otherwise). When I said “I’m sure it isn’t” their next response was “well why didn’t you check the reviews before you stayed here”. I unfortunately didn’t check Google reviews but on booking.com they had a high rating. It was sad to see them admit to their own failure as a hotel and even worse to not even care that they are putting people’s health at jeopardy.

Absolutely avoid this hotel. It is very unclean and they book your room to other guest while you still have a booking. We were first put in a “deluxe” room for two nights because they overbooked. It had dirty sheets, mold all over the bathroom, and a broken toilet seat. After that, we were moved to the budget room we had originally booked, which is in the basement (as described). The budget room is under the hotel stairs. You hear every single guest stomping above you all night. The tiny window is at street level, right where people sit and smoke, so it’s noisy 24/7. The curtain doesn’t even cover it, so car headlights flash into the room. Inside, the air is hot and musty, the AC smells terrible. The bathroom is covered in mold with no ventilation. It felt unsafe and unhealthy to stay there. We asked for a partial refund, which was refused. We decided to keep the booking but stayed in another hotel. After just one day, they re-sold our room, blocked our access cards, and then claimed we had checked out which is not true. They argued that double bookings aren’t possible in Turkey because passports are scanned. This is not true though. On top of that, they keep fish in a filthy, tiny tank at the reception where they can‘t even move. Avoid at all costs, even the „deluxe“ rooms. Absolutely not worth it.

Extremely dirty, moldy, loud and stinky. Avoud this place at all costs. They rebook your room to others while you still have a reservation and then claim that you checked out, which isn‘t true.

Seven Days Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They went out of their way to answer all our questions and offered helpful tips for exploring nearby Istanbul attractions. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk from iconic sites like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Whether you're visiting for the first time or returning to the city, I highly recommend this hotel to all types of travelers.

Hotel ok in centrul Istambulului, mobilierul învechit dar decent de curat, ok pentru o ședere scurta la un preț rezonabil, mic dejun foarte scump (10 euro de persoana) la ce ofereau

Avoid at all costs. Worst experienced. We were 3 females and arrived at 2am and got a transfer through the hotel to the hotel. They knew we were arriving late and had contacted them the day prior to our arrival. When we arrived they told us that they did not have a room for us even though we had booked and paid for one and they had confirmed the day before. They then spent an hour trying to find somewhere else for us to stay. It was 3:30am by this point and as three females we were put in a vulnerable position as they walked us to the other place to stay. We were taken to some kind of mouldy damp apartment which was not what we paid for. They refused to give us a refund and were very rude to us. Do not stay here!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked to stay here and turned up to the hotel at 2am (having been in contact with them in advance to confirm late checkin) but they had overbooked the hotel and there wasn't any space for us to stay. It took them until 3am to find a different hotel for us, leaving my sisters and I (three females in our 20s) in a very vulnerable situation having to walk around Istanbul in the middle of the night to find the replacement hotel. The replacement hotel was awful (no toilet roll, soap, mould in the bathroom etc.) and the Seven Days Hotel were very rude offering no refund or compensation. Honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, do not risk booking as they told us "this usually happens"

It was the worst hotel i ever checked in to. The stuff specially the manager was extremely rude person. He didnt know how to talk to the customers specially women. He made an issue on our arrival just because me and my husband asked to help with getting our luggage inside. And only for this reason he rejected to keep our luggage in the luggage room the last day as our flight was at night and we requested to keep the luggage for couple of hours and he specifically mentioned us that he is not keep the luggage because of issue he had earlier with us due to which we had to make other urgent arrangements that caused us a lot of stress as we had our toddler with us as well. I rate this hotel a big zero. Not recommended at all. Stay safe from these arrogant and rude people.

Save your money and do not book this hotel.The only good side of this hotel is its location.All the other things were bad.Like EXTREMELY BAD. Poor service : they are rude and definitely have no idea how to talk to women.The rooms are not clean and they have a horrible smell.
