Excellent services received from Sumayya and Ayesha Siddikha from Seventh Sea Holidays travel agency, all arrangements were made as per our request and choice. Hotel in Makkah was Al Massa Bader hotel at Ibrahim Khalil Road - a busy, nice and popular hotel, Room was nice and tidy. Room service manager Mr Aiyub helped us with all necessary essentials including towels. Hotel in Madinah was a 5 star hotel- Pullman Zam Zam hotel- a nice place. Transport arrangements were made appropriately, no delays. Support teams in Makkah and Madinah were very prompt and supportive. All went smoothly for us. We peacefully completed Umrah. Amazing Short Vacation in Georgia - Unforgettable Experience! I just returned from an incredible short vacation to Georgia, and I can't say enough about how wonderful everything was! This was my first time traveling outside the UAE (where I currently live) and the Philippines (my home country), and I was a bit hesitant at first, especially since I was traveling with my cousin and my 5-year-old daughter. We even celebrated her birthday on November 11th in Tbilisi, Georgia – a memory we will cherish forever! From the moment I contacted the agency, I felt completely at ease. While there was a minor disappointment with the service quality at the hotel in Madina, I must emphasize that it was not due to any fault of Seventh Seas Tourism. They did everything within their scope to ensure a smooth experience, and their support throughout was commendable. This trip was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I am grateful for the role Seventh Seas played in making it so memorable. I strongly recommend Seventh Seas Tourism, and especially Ms. Sana Fatima, to anyone looking to plan their spiritual or leisure travels. I would frequently reach out to Sana Fatima—whether through calls or messages—to seek clarifications and gather important information related to the trip. Each time, she responded promptly and patiently, always offering her support with a positive and helpful attitude. Without hesitation, I would give a 5 out of 5 rating for their outstanding service.

I am extremely disappointed with Seventhsea FZE and strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company with their money. We paid in full for an Umrah package for my family (myself, my husband, and our son). Due to the situation in the country, the trip could not take place. From the very first days, I repeatedly contacted the agency requesting them to communicate with hotels and partners to either reschedule our trip or minimize our financial loss. Instead of acting in good faith, Seventhsea FZE consistently responded with the same phrase: “non-refundable package.” No real effort was made to negotiate with hotels, no alternatives were offered, and no support was provided. The only thing they offered was an airline voucher for the tickets, while refusing to return the rest of the payment. This effectively means they kept a significant amount of money without delivering the promised service. This is not acceptable. This is not how a professional travel agency should operate — especially in a force majeure situation. A reliable agency should act in the best interest of its clients, not hide behind terms and conditions while doing nothing. The lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care is shocking. Based on my experience, this company prioritizes its own financial protection over fairness and basic responsibility to clients. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the relevant authorities in the UAE, including the Department of Economy and Tourism and consumer protection bodies. I do not recommend Seventhsea FZE to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and customer-oriented travel agency. Be extremely careful before booking with them.

Overall, I appreciate the timely processing of the refund and the transparency maintained throughout the procedure. The communication from your team was clear, and I was kept informed at each stage, which made the experience much smoother and less stressful. While cancellations are never ideal, especially for a significant journey like Umrah, I am satisfied with how professionally the situation was handled.
