From the very beginning, everything felt well-organized and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept peacefully that night. Housekeeping was excellent and consistent, which I truly appreciated. The staff deserve special praise — they were incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. Their positive attitude and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Another great advantage of this hotel is how well everything is arranged for guests’ comfort. From the check-in process to daily services, everything felt smooth and efficient. It is clear that the hotel management pays close attention to details and guest satisfaction. Overall, this hotel is truly perfect in every way — location, comfort, cleanliness, service, and atmosphere. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here and would happily choose this hotel again in the future. I had a great stay at Shakh Hotel in Bukhara. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in was smooth and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax after exploring the city. The location is excellent, close to major historical attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety of options. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and hospitality were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bukhara and would gladly stay here again.

We originally booked another guesthouse, which was apparently closed in the winter and they told us to go in this hotel for the same price. To my opinion this hotel is not good. We got a room directly next to the reception, with a very thin door, so we could hear the receptionist watching loud videos till late in the evening. When we arrived, there was only one blanket and one towel for two persons. For the payment they neither accept credit cards nor had change money. Needless to say that we didn't get an invoice... In the last night someone with a general key came in our room at 7am. Fortunately we were awake and that person left immediately. Only good thing was that the registration worked without problems.

I stayed one week in this hotel. It was one of the best hotels in Bukhara. Because I stayed in 3 hotels in Bukhara but Shakh hotel was best hotel. Located in wonderful place. At the centre of old city. Personal is helpful. The hotel managed by owner of the hotel Olim. He is very good man and very helpful. Thank you for my good vocation in Bukhara.

Honestly, it was just horrible. We didn’t have blankets, warm shower water or bottles of water given. We happily walked in expecting a pleasant night and the next thing we realised is that we have no blankets and the toilet doors lock is broken. We were offered to have food for breakfast and when we went it smelt horrible and there was almost no food to eat, just a few cookies.

Eravamo in un viaggio organizzato. Alle 14 le camere non erano ancira pronte. Servizio pessimo. Ad una coppia che viaggiava con noi è stato contestato il furto di un asciugamano. Assolutamente da evitare.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. In Bukhara it was very cold but the best thing in hotel was hot. Good location, normal breakfast. Good personal. Everything was great.

Ужасный отель из всех что я видела ночью 10 февраля стоял ресепшн который даже нагрубил за то что я вызвала его(его не было на месте) в комнатах нет полотенца и нет туалетной бумаги нет шампуня ужасные освещения завтрак был ужасный в итоге я даже не смогла покушать это полный трэш никому не советую тут оставаться если вам ваши нервы дороги

There's almost no breakfast even the omelette came cold. Cheese is low quality. Nothing to eat.

Very cozy hotel with traditional ornament. We were in tthis hotel with my friends. We can say that, it was best hotel in Uzbekistan where we stayed.

This is a budget hotel, so adjust your expectations accordingly. Location is very good, you can walk from the hotel to the main sites of the Old City of Bukhara. There are plenty of shops and places to eat in the vicinity. The nearest supermarket "Korzinka" is 15 min. away. The hotel staff is friendly. Wi-fi is patchy. Breakfast is mediocre. The hotel offers good price-to-quality ratio. Taxi fare to the railway station is 25000 soms.

受付の人によるのかもしれませんが、ちょっと高い金額を求められました。またネット上の写真と室内は全然違い、冷蔵庫は無くテレビも壊れておりかなり古臭い部屋だったので、部屋を見て金額を確認してから決めたほうが良いです。

Я был в этой гостинице около месяца. Очень понравилось гостиница. Чистота на высшем уровне. Есть даже завтрак на эту цену завтрак очень удивил. Очень понравилось это гостиница советую всем. Отдельно спасибо ребятам в ресепшне.

Very Bad Rooms, Bad Service, Electricity Breakdown two times during my stay. Carpet was so dirty. Waterlogging in bathroom. Hotel is cheap, they should increase the quantity with nominal rise in price too. I have given my clothes for laundry, they washed it but returned me without ironing, even they charged 5000 soms extra for the laundry.

The rooms are very dirty. The hotel is not at all what it looks like from the outside. There is not even soap in the rooms. There are bugs crawling on the carpets. Water is flowing from the bathroom to the floor. There is a very bad smell coming from the laundry room.

Otel aşırı pis. Halılara böcekler yürüyor. Çarşaflar yataklar herşey lekeli. Odalarda sabun yok. Su bile yok. Kahvaltıda haşlanmış yumurta istedik zorla yaptılar. Asla kalınacak bir otel değil.
