I came looking for some formal trousers and I found a couple of them with perfect fit. However I needed hoops to wear a belt.She was so sweet,and knowing that I had only 1 day in town , somehow arranged for same material and got it stitched within a few hours. She went out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction. Also their collection is really very good and different. Very cute pieces. Will come again for sure when Im in town.

Very disappointing experience today. I visited this boutique and the staff’s behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. We are paying customers and deserve basic respect. No supplier or staff should behave like that. Even though the collection is good, such attitude completely spoils the shopping experience. Never expected this.
