I absolutely love this place. Even though the building is one of the older constructions on the island, the quality is solid. The apartments are huge compared to the tiny boxes they build nowadays. You get high ceilings, thick walls (so it’s quiet), and plenty of space. It’s aging gracefully and offers a very comfortable, homey experience. Highly recommended

Five stars for the location and the landscaping alone. Because the complex has been here for a long time, the trees and gardens are fully grown and lush, which makes walking around so relaxing. The building shows its age in a few spots, but it’s very clean and well-maintained. It’s just a short walk to the beach and feels like a private oasis
