Shah Shams Park

It is an open green space where families can spend quality time together. However, due to the negligence and cruelty of the government, the zoo, swings, cradles, and rides are in a deprived condition. In fact, the play area has been closed. The lake has dried up, and the boating area is no longer operational. If this situation continues, the park will definitely vanish within the next couple of years.

One of the most vast place at the heart of Multan, but due to lack of care it is in miserable condition

I have been visiting this park since my childhood. I have not tired at all. This is a good and pleasant place with peaceful and charming environment in this area. The surroundings of this park are very congested but this is very wide park. There is also a mosque in it where Muslims pray five times a day

I was disappointed after visiting this park.First time ,I have seen so ruined and destroyed public park.Zoo area was closed.I didn't see a single animal or bird in the zoo.Zoo area was full of bushes.Boating area or lake was totally dry.Boys were playing cricket in the lake.Broken boats pile could be seen under the trees.Most of the rides were closed.Only Childern rides were operating.Stalls were closed.Front area was clean but the back side was looking like a dumpster.Even beside enterance wall ,there were piles of garbage.Had seen, some garderners were cutting the grass.And security guards were very polite.So I don't know its the fault of upper management or the reason is corona.But this park needs attention.

“A place to be for Leisure and Enjoyment” There are many places in Multan where one can visit for leisure and enjoyment. One of the place that worth visiting in Multan, especially if you are with children is Shah Shams Park. Located at Eidgah Road it is an easy to reach place in Multan. It is a huge park that has slides, rides, boating and other entertainment for both children and adults. Different cafes and tuck shops provide local food, tea and cold drinks. Nearby it is mausoleum of Shah Shams Sabzwar a great Muslim saint born in 1165 and died in 1276. For those who love ancient and pre-Mughal architecture this mausoleum is a place to be, mausoleum was built in 1330 AD. When visiting Mausoleum do remember to pay respect and obey Muslim laws. If you are traveling to Multan in Summer Season (May to August) visit these places in the evening as the temperature of Multan is too hot during these months, and do remember to bring you camera.

Has old but decent rides. Very affordable.

It was a good visiting place but now its ruined. The management is careless safe and guard the park. But still its a nice place to visit

The park is incredibly family-friendly, and I loved seeing kids play in the designated areas. It’s a great spot for families to spend quality time together. I even found a peaceful corner to sit and relax, soaking in the natural beauty around me.

I love this park! It’s a beautiful space with well-maintained trails, lush greenery, and plenty of areas to relax. It's a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommend!

Brilliant Place to recreation for Students and Friends

Shah Shams Park is a very nice place. I went to this park with my kids. My kids had a lot of fun on the swings and ate the snacks and took pictures.

This was really big park but now almost half of it is in the government control. Few years back it was one of the best parks in Multan but after ticket less entry this park lost there image. Now, the condition is really worse. There is no proper management. I also heard the news on local television that rides of this park will be sold. I will rate it 4 out of 5 as it is very near to our home and it was one of the best place that made our childhood memorable.

Free entry is a nice feature. Retrooms are difficult to come by. Nce running and jogging track but unfortunately open sewage smelly areas. And plenty of mosquitos during dengue season make it too risky place to visit.
