🚨 WORST HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION & PATIENT EXPERIENCE! 🚨 Rating: ⭐/5 (Doesn't even deserve 1 star) I recently visited Shalby Hospital (Naroda), and my experience was absolutely shocking. This private hospital is worse than even a basic government hospital. Major Issues: Pathetic Administration: While the medical staff might be decent, the management and administration are completely tone-deaf and horrible. The way they treat the patient's family makes you feel like you've been locked up in the Naroda Police Station! There is zero empathy or professionalism. Terrible Hygiene: The state of the restrooms/toilets here is disgusting. Honestly, a local ST Bus Stand toilet would probably be cleaner and more hygienic than what they have here. Such filth is unacceptable for a healthcare institution. Civil Hospital Feels Like a 5-Star in Comparison: If you compare the two, Ahmedabad Civil Hospital (Asarwa) feels like a 5-star facility compared to the pathetic management at Shalby Naroda. My Advice: Whether you want to believe my review or not is up to you, but I highly recommend visiting it once just to see the reality of their administration with your own eyes before trusting them with a patient. Avoid Shalby Naroda if you care for your self-respect and health!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very good experience with Dr. Manish. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and listens to the patient carefully. The treatment he provided was very effective and I started feeling better within a short time. He explains the problem and treatment in a very simple and clear way. I highly recommend Dr. Manish to anyone looking for proper medical care.

All the staff at the clinic exhibit excellent behaviour, but I would particularly like to commend Dr Manish Bhavsar, sir. From our first interaction, he demonstrated a remarkable level of politeness and professionalism. I’ve been receiving treatment for kidney failure at Shalby Hospital, and my experience has been genuinely reassuring during a very challenging time. A special mention to my doctor, Dr. Kosha Patel, who has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout my treatment. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and ensures I feel comfortable with every step. I would also like to give a huge shoutout to the dialysis team — they are truly outstanding. The entire team is extremely helpful, friendly, and highly professional. They create a positive and calm environment, which makes a big difference during dialysis sessions. Their care, attention, and attitude really stand out. The hospital staff overall is cooperative, and the facilities are well-maintained. Highly recommend Shalby Naroda, especially for anyone undergoing dialysis or kidney-related treatment.

The doctors and support team have been extremely courteous, professional, and caring throughout the treatment. I have no complaints regarding the medical care provided. However, greater attention is needed toward hygiene and housekeeping. Basic amenities such as washrooms, food service areas, and bed linens should be maintained at a consistently high standard of cleanliness every day, rather than intermittently. A clean and hygienic environment has a significant impact on a patient’s comfort, confidence, and overall experience during their stay. Apart from this, the services provided by the Radiology and Operation Theatre departments have been very nice.

My mother was admitted on 22 May 2026 for a hysterectomy. We are very thankful to Dr. Ankita Dubey for performing the surgery successfully and taking excellent care of her. She is highly skilled, kind, and professional. The entire hospital staff was supportive, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. We are very satisfied with the treatment and services provided and would highly recommend this hospital and Dr. Ankita Dubey.

Had a very good experience at Shalby Hospital. My wife was admitted there, and the overall care and support provided by the staff were excellent. The doctors and nursing team were very attentive and professional throughout the treatment. A special thanks to Dr. Manish Bhavsar for his guidance and treatment—he handled everything with great care and expertise. Highly recommended.

Absolutely one of the worst hospital experiences I have ever had. The infrastructure is poorly maintained, cleanliness is terrible, and the overall environment is far from what anyone would expect from a healthcare facility. The staff and nurses were extremely unprofessional, inattentive, and showed very little concern for patients. Basic requests were ignored, communication was poor, and there seemed to be a complete lack of accountability. For the amount of money charged, the quality of service is unacceptable. A hospital should prioritize patient care, hygiene, and professionalism, but my experience at Shalby Hospital failed on all three counts. I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this hospital.

90% doctors are homeopath or ayurveda passouts. They don't even know how to check BP. Doctor always work on computer doing some data entry or technical work. Senior doctor comes to see only once a 2/3 days. Very poor healthcare personnels. Dont give your precious health to the hand of unqualified bhms or bams doctors.

Dr. Manish Sir is a highly professional and knowledgeable doctor. He listens to patients patiently and explains everything clearly. His diagnosis is accurate and his approach is very calm and reassuring. I have never seen a dr.like him in my entire life till now ..he has another level of aura 99999++ ...the vibes from the dr.is exceptionally positive visiting shalby and when u meet Dr.manish sir then u would have known why are ancestors said the idiom that doctors are considered as God but the moment u meet him u see the idiom come true in real life.... Overall, a bestest experience ever since . Highly recommended.

The doctors here are really good and treat their patient nicely but I do have problem with the staff here. First of all, some staff here are really good, they will help us and treat the patient really nice. But in counter where we submit our file, they are not really focusing on their work. They put the file somewhere and didn't notice it. When we complain they said they accidentally mess the files.we had to wait for one and half hour. I really suggest you to please hire some more staff to prevent this situation. My mom had leg pain so much that she can't even walk and you expect patient to sit for 1 and half hour only to hear the staff didn't even saw your file because they mess up many file

આ મારો વ્યક્તિગત અનુભવ છે. નારોડાની સેલ્બી હોસ્પિટલ જેવી મોટી ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલ પાસેથી સારી સુવિધાઓની અપેક્ષા હોય છે, પરંતુ મને ખૂબ જ નિરાશાજનક અનુભવ થયો. કોમન વિસ્તારોમાં એસી અને પંખા યોગ્ય રીતે કાર્ય કરતા ન હોવાથી દર્દીઓ, વૃદ્ધો અને તેમના પરિવારજનોને ભારે ગરમીમાં બેસવું પડતું હતું. મૂળભૂત સુવિધાઓ અને વ્યવસ્થાપનમાં પણ સુધારાની જરૂરિયાત સ્પષ્ટ લાગી. ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલ માત્ર મોટી ઇમારતથી નહીં, પરંતુ દર્દીઓને મળતી સુવિધા, સ્વચ્છતા અને જવાબદાર સેવાથી ઓળખાય છે. આશા છે કે હોસ્પિટલનું સંચાલન આવી ફરિયાદોને ગંભીરતાથી લઈને જરૂરી સુધારા કરશે, જેથી દર્દીઓને વધુ સારી અને માનવતાપૂર્ણ સેવા મળી શકે. #Naroda #Ahmedabad #Hospital #PatientCare #Healthcare

If I could rate less than a star, I really would. I wish they cared more than selling "packages". I haven't seen a hospital more negligent, more careless, more unaccountable than this. Neither meds on time, nor food, had to wait all day for response. Felt like I had to constantly babysit them instead pf take care of my patient. Left their unattended ECG running, no one came back to take it off for at least half an hour. I'd never recommend.
