Adani Shantigram is a large and well-planned residential township located between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar on SG Highway. It feels like a small city inside, with everything available in one place. The roads are wide, the surroundings are clean, and there is plenty of greenery, which makes the area look peaceful and pleasant. One of the best things about Shantigram is the lifestyle it offers. There are parks, a beautiful lake, jogging tracks, playgrounds, and good open spaces for families and children. Many societies have clubhouses, gyms, and swimming pools. It is a great place for morning and evening walks. The security system is also good, which makes residents feel safe. The location is another advantage. It is well connected to both Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, and daily travel is convenient. Schools, hospitals, and small shopping areas are available nearby, making daily life easy. The only small drawbacks are that some areas are still developing and public transport options are limited compared to the city center. Overall, Adani Shantigram is a premium and comfortable place to live. Clean environment, good facilities, and peaceful surroundings make it worth 4.5 stars.

I have visited Adani Shantigram during Navratri. But for twice a time I have visited for Corporate Affairs also and must say it is good place. Tall Tower, Board roads, Available Super Market and Shops, a Township ready for future.

Adani Shantigram has some good aspects, but also areas for improvement. The overall environment is decent 👍, and I appreciate the convenience. However, certain facilities felt a bit lacking. It's an okay place, but not outstanding ✨. I noticed a few things could be better 🤔.

It was a great experience being here, the customer services were available 24/7. I highly recommend others to come and check out this apartment

Very nice Township named as Adani Shantigram, situated near Vaishnodevi Circle, on S.G.High way in Ahmedabad. Very well developed & still growing & developing. All is well

Shantigram is a picturesque township offering a plethora of facilities. The surroundings are impeccably maintained, adorned with beautiful apartment complexes. Lined with trees, the roads become a visual treat, especially during the flowering season. It's not just a residential haven but also an ideal spot for evening rides and leisurely hangouts

This is a vast campus built by Adani group. There are residential society, offices, a club and a shoppers plaza. When I was staying there, expansion of this place was still there. You can get a flat for rent or you can buy as well. This campus is huge. So you need to be ready to walk a lot when coming from outside. There was a bus facility during my stay (hourly). However there is a railway station just a stone's throw away, so in the night your sleep may get disturbed a bit because of a passing train. Overall I had a great stay at this place. And I highly recommend this place.

Exquisite jain temple made of marble. Located in the Green and Serene surroundings of adani shantigram, it has a place for food and stay for travelling pilgrim just behind it.

What a place to stay. Such a peaceful and beautiful environment. Good places to go for walk, play cricket, Football, Golf even Movie theatre is also there. You didn’t has to go outside for Anything. Very Photogenic place.

A wonderful place created by Adani Realty You can see a whole new world inside Shantigram. Big grounds, shoppers plaza, golf club and gigantic housing colonies. Main attraction is nothing but Adani corporate House inside this Shantigram and for visitors there is a Jain temple inside of it. Most importantly there is a university named Adani University inside which offers very quality of education there

Wow too good. Broad roads full of trees manicured gardens. Cycles all of the place. Lakes fountains and amazing walk paths and lot of commercial and residential development

It used to be a nice place to stay. One of the best, however now it's crowded and no SHANTI at all. Everywhere, the construction is going making more conjusted.

All the basic facilities are available within the community. The buildings are big, modern, and nicely designed. The environment feels peaceful with noticeably less pollution. It’s a very comfortable and safe place to live. Overall, a great society with a pleasant atmosphere.

I have been there yesterday for the very first time in that whole area. It's like you are visiting small town which is very amazing and green with less pollution and all necessary things. It is a private property, there are one shopping mall is there in which many shops available like for cake, lunch, shopping, stationary, food, vegetables etc. There are two wheeler and 4 wheeler parking and mybyk cycle is there. You can use by installing mybyk app. They are having their own cricket ground, golf club, football ground and so on. It's just that you have to visit that place to see it's beauty because I can't express in just words😍😍💕❤️. There is garden and jogging path is available. I have seen many people including old people and younger also , it's safe to walk there. Villa are there with swimming pool and apartments are there with corporate office. Khodiyar railway station is just next to it. I suggest just visit once, but yes bring your vehicle or rent mybyk cycle from there so it will be easy otherwise you will be tired if you want to visit whole property by walking only. And yes some areas are under construction. Just go guys😍😍

Just fell in love with this place ! 🥰 It's, perhaps, one of the best and the most expansive integrated townships in the country housing world class schools, pools, golf courses, cricket and football stadiums, temples, marketing malls. We had great fun driving on wide roads and boulevards here. The Adani towers (Adani Corporate Headquarters) is also inside this township.

One of the best residential societies in Karnavati. The tree 🌳 plantation has been done at a large scale and the whole area looks lush green. Adani Shantigram is quite clean, well maintained. Every clusters have individual clubs loaded with amenities like swimming pool, tennis court, gymnasium and other indoor games. They have two stadium 🏟 one each for cricket and football. Must visit once if you are looking to buy a new residence in the city.
