جامعه عريقه مميزه تحتاج تطوير تقني لموقع الجامعه الالكتروني حيث انه سيء جداً وبطيء وبناء تطبيق خاص للجامعة يخدم الطلاب ، وبخصوص الدفع لا يوجد دفع نقداً فقط عبر الإنترنت واذا واجهتك مشكلة يجب عليك الحضور والدفع بالبطاقة.

The university is very beautiful overall, and the staff are polite and professional. However, unfortunately, one employee in the admissions department was unprofessional, which negatively affected my experience. I also hope the university can install better signage to guide new students and visitors more clearly, with visible building names and numbers on the outside. I had to rely on Google Maps to find the admissions department. In addition, increasing the number of parking spaces is necessary.

Great university in terms of education and community, although registration and finance department is admittedly extremely incompetent. Emails and calls ignored, very simple processes made not-so simple, lack of communication, and unprompted attitude. For an esteemed university you’d assume there would be a better experience when registering, yet i’ve still not found an excuse for lackluster performance. I’ve had to enter university 1-2 weeks later than my peers due to this, missing out on important content and assignments. I’m hoping for enhancements made soon.

Sharjah university is very nice place in UAE especially during weekends families are enjoying the greenery of the specified area. They are playing with kids. Even friendly cricket is preferable volley ball friendly . The clean air and the beautifull area refreshes the mind. Do visit and make your memorable trip bright. اتمنى تكبرون لنا مباني الادوار و الباركنات والله اكثر عن ساعة عشان نحصل باركن ! حرام عليكم تخلونا نمشي عشر دقايق الا ربع ساعه ودرجة الحرارة 45 الواحد بيطيح من ضربة الشمس وفوق هذا المدرسين ما يقبلون عذر التاخير بسبة الباركنات شو نسوي مثلا اذا اي قبل الكلاس بساعه و ساعه ونص مااحصل ولو بركنا على صوب نتخالف اتمنى تلاقون حل و تزيدون عدد الباركنات ولو مابتسوون باركنات الطوابق على الاقل حطو مظلات على الباركنات الخارجيه لانه انصلخنا من الحررررر

الجامعه جميله جدًا والتعامل مع جميع اقسام الادارة ممتاز ماعدا الادارة المالية اليوم سرنا عساس بنكمل دفع الاقساط وحجزنا دور ويلسنا نتريا فجاءه نشوف الادوار تطوف بسرعه من 119 الى 148 وسكرو جميع الشبابيك وكلمنا واحد مصري كان واقف عند الباب ويزاه الله خير ودانا الصوب الثاني عشان نكمل باقي الاجراءات للدفع ولكن مع الاسف قابلتنا موظفه باسلوب غير لائق بجامعه مثل جامعة الشارقة كانت تقول خلاص سكرنا وبعد مماطلة ونقاش معاها كملت لنا باقي الاجراءات باستعجال ولا راوتني هي شو يالسه تسوي في تيلفوني اساسًا فقط وصلت لمرحلة الدفع وسلمتني التيلفون وسكرت الشباك وكان وراي 2 ينتظرون واحد منهم راح والثاني بقى ينتظر ولكن هي تعيد وتكرر وتقول سكرنا خلاص والمفروض ان دوامهم ينتهي الساعه 3 ماعرف كيف سكروا جميع الشبابيك قبل الساعه 3 كانت الساعه لازالت 2:30 او 2:45 وكان في ناس تنتظر اغلبيتهم قالولهم تعالو يوم ثاني الواحد مايدق درب ويسير الجامعة الا عشان ينهي الموضوع الي هو ساير عشانه فالنهايه يلقى جميع الابواب مغلقه جدامه موقف لا يليق بجامعة مثل جامعة الشارقة

Wwaaaoooo🥰🥰🥰I had never really entered a university of this caliber, and by the way it is the 1 number in the Arab Emirates, I fell in love with its architecture and interior design, and the very good and fast service

Sharjah University Accounts department is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My daughter received admission for the September semester in Pharm D, but later cancelled it because she got accepted into another university. As per the university policy, we applied for a refund with the understanding that the non-refundable amount would be deducted. Even after visiting their office multiple times, we still have not received the refund — and it has now been more than two months. No one in the Accounts department answers phone calls, and during visits they made promises that were never kept. I strongly advise students and parents to think twice before choosing Sharjah University. If you ever need to cancel or request a refund, be prepared for delays, unresponsiveness, and unnecessary frustration.

نأمل من إدارة الجامعة النظر في تطوير الموقع الإلكتروني والبنية التقنية المرتبطة به، حيث نواجه تحديات متكررة تعيق تجربة الطالب بشكل واضح. من أبرز هذه التحديات: صعوبة الوصول إلى المعلومات الأساسية، والتكرار المستمر لطلب كلمة المرور حتى عند تفعيل خيار “عدم التكرار”، بالإضافة إلى تعقيد عملية تسجيل المواد وعدم وضوح ما إذا تم التسجيل بنجاح. كما أن البريد الإلكتروني يتوقف فجأة عن العمل ويطلب تحديثًا أو تغييرًا في كلمة المرور دون إشعار مسبق، مما يسبب إرباكًا إضافيًا. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، لا يوجد تطبيق موحد يسهل إدارة الخدمات الطلابية بشكل فعّال. نرجو من الجامعة أخذ هذه الملاحظات بعين الاعتبار وتحسين تجربة الطالب بما يتماشى مع المعايير التقنية الحديثة.

I am extremely disappointed with UoS’s finance department. I have been trying to get my refund for my seat for quite sometime, but they have been completely ignoring my request. None of my emails have been answered, and they don’t even pick up the phone. This level of unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable.

What an amazing university like a university world. That much architecture is done throughout the campus. Garden arrangements is very attractive thing here. By visiting first time itself you will like this place surely. Roads inside the university is very food and parking is totally free. Almost students from the Arabic countries only doing there studying here.

It's very good university, some professors are beyond great, prof ra'fat, Taleb and Dr algamal. Library is good also but some people are so noisy and make it very frustrating and overwhelming experience to study there Dr fekry from Arabic literature department is amazing he made some unforgettable memories
