Based on my experience over the past 6 months, I would strongly advise anyone planning to purchase a property here to first make sure about the after-sales service and maintenance support. Unfortunately, the service experience has been very poor. Most of the time, nobody comes unless I continuously follow up myself. I have to approach the management repeatedly for even small issues. Another important point is regarding modifications. If you make any small changes inside the property, such as ceiling work or interior adjustments, the community/developer may consider it as a “modification” and then refuse to carry out maintenance work related to that area. I raised a complaint around 3 months ago, and until today the issue is still not resolved. Every week I keep following up, and every week I am told it will be fixed soon, but nothing actually happens. I have now crossed my limit, which is why I am posting this review. Before purchasing any property here, please speak with residents from Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, and Phase 4 to understand their real experiences. Make sure you are getting proper service and support before investing your money.
