We messaged the number for this company on Whatsapp and had a very quick response. The price quoted was much more reasonable than the firm at our hotel. When our driver Mahmoud arrived, he took us to the beach we wanted to visit which was almost 30 minutes away. He then collected us a couple of hours later as promised and took us back to our hotel. We found the experience very straight forward and nothing was too much trouble for Mahmoud who was very friendly and courteous. The car was also immaculate.

We used Mahmoud’s services when traveling to the city center, and later found out that he also organizes tours. Thanks to him, we were able to fulfill our dream — to see the pyramids in Cairo, visit the New Museum, and explore the Mosque of Muhammad Ali (which offers a stunning panoramic view over Cairo). He arranged a private tour for us. From start to finish, Mahmoud showed genuine care, which allowed us to fully relax and trust him completely. He took all our wishes into account when planning the itinerary. I would especially like to highlight his professionalism as a driver — we felt completely safe throughout the entire trip. A big advantage was that he accompanied us everywhere. For me, as a foreign woman traveling with a child, this was especially important: I didn’t have to worry about unwanted attention from vendors or others. Mahmoud was always by our side, made sure no one could take advantage of us, helped us navigate through crowds, and assisted us in safely crossing the road, where traffic can feel quite chaotic. He offered a very good price, and in my opinion, we received top-level service — a rare combination of quality and value. Our impressions of Cairo were unforgettable: it is a fascinating, vibrant, and captivating city. I sincerely recommend Mahmoud for transfers in Sharm El Sheikh and for organizing all kinds of tours, both local and to other cities. He is an honest and reliable person who truly cares about giving tourists real experiences, not just making money. That is incredibly valuable and truly professional. He also quickly arranged our visas at the airport so we could travel outside of Sharm El Sheikh. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to tourism matters and organizes everything at the highest level. Once again, I would like to emphasize: Mahmoud is one of the best drivers I have ever met. Excellent service and communications with the drivers. The cars used are really nice also. Price set before pick up so no hassle. Simply message when you are ready for the return trip if required. Ideal if looking for a taxi on arrival at the airport. Message them before departure and the driver will be waiting for you

He is very friendly, humble, and professional, and we felt completely at ease throughout the journey. His driving was very smooth and safe, which made the long drive comfortable and stress-free for us. On our way back, Mahmoud kindly took us to Dahab, where we enjoyed an excellent dinner by the Red Sea—a beautiful and memorable experience. We really appreciated his patience, kindness, and care.
