I had a fantabulous stay at Ibis Hotel Sharq. The location was great and at the central of the city, close to transport links. The room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was fantastic too. On my first night, the food I ordered from the restaurant was overly salted and I complained. Come and see how all the staff were apologising and going above normal to ensure such never repeated itself. They made it up to me by offering me a free lunch later. Not only that, all the restaurant staff were so nice and polite, always welcoming me with smiles and asking what they could do to make my stay more enjoyable. Special thanks to these restaurant staff: Lawrence Hung Chef Ahmed Dinar Kamlesh Ibrahim It was a home away from home experience for me, courtesy of all the above staff. The food was delicious and I had a lot of Options to choose from. No boring moment at all. Kudos to the staff at the reception too. Definitely, I will be looking for Ibis hotels in any country I visit, going forward.

The breakfast was very good, and I especially appreciated the warm hospitality from Sandeep and the entire team, including Eslam, Chef Ahmed, and Chef Sharath. A small suggestion would be to include a wider variety of items in the breakfast menu, which would make the experience even better. Everything is amazing. From location to services.. Food is fantastic. Lot of options. All the staff is attentive and very entertaining. They give us a complimentary cake for our friend that having birthday today. Thank you so much to all staff Kamlesh, Sandeep, Eslam, to Chef Kumar for the cake. Great job guys. Keep it up..

I had one of the most peaceful and memorable stays here while celebrating my birthday, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a quiet solo getaway. The atmosphere felt safe and calming, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my time. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were polite and professional. What I appreciated the most was how easy it was to just unwind and watch movies, and enjoy some much-needed alone time. It turned out to be one of my best birthdays, and this stay played a big part in that. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a simple, comfortable, and peaceful stay, especially if you’re planning a solo break. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Amazing service from the front desk check in 20 January with the help of bell boy with the bags. Breakfast was superb with the assistance of Dinar and Chef Ahmed, there was another friendly chef from India but didn't get his name. Wonderful vibe and atmosphere for a family. Would come again!

I had a wonderful experience at IBIS Hotel Sharq. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and they truly make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. A special thanks to Mr. Ali, the hotel manager, for his great hospitality and continuous support he always ensures guests are comfortable and satisfied. The restaurant is also amazing! The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. I’d like to especially thank Chef Ahmad, Islam, Sonika, Dinar and all team from the restaurant team they are always smiling, attentive, and make every meal enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service, tasty food, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Happy to stay at ibis sharq hotel, the location is accessible , the room and resturant was clean ,small buffet but average quality. I am verry happy to stay and choosing this hotel.the warm welcome, the kind and respectful from waiter lawrence and chef hung treatment.excellent cleanliness and the delicious food and make the place verry special to me.every member makesyou feel cared for and value.

We had a good stay in the hotel. The staff are amazing especially the reception lady who has been very helpful and kind always to assist us. The cafe staff are really amazing, especially the cooking station chef, Chef Ahmad, waiters (Sandeep, Kamalesh and the Filipino guy) who are always smiling and extremely helpful. We strongly recommend Hotel Ibis Sharq for an excellent services, amazing and dedicated staff.

Service and location of this hotel are excellent. I stayed for a couple of days while preparing to leave Kuwait for good after 11 years, waiting for my flight. The restaurant could use a bit of improvement in terms of food, but Lawrence made the mornings there pleasant and welcoming. 🙂

تصنيف فندقي نجمتين كافي جدا تقيميي باذن الله راح يكون واضح وشامل وليس ك بعض التعليقات التي تخدم الفندق الايجابيات مكان الفندق استراتيجي جدا وقريب جدا من جميع الخدمات النظافه والاستقبال كويس خدمه كويسه العيوب الاسعار متذبذبه مره مرتفعه ومره متوسطه المعدل الغرفه ب ٣٥٠ ريال بدون افطار دورة المياة بدون قفل افياش الشحن قليله جدا وبعيده عن السرير الغرفه مكتومه بدون تهوية المتوفر غرف فقط وبعضها كونكدد يعني بين الغرف ابواب تقدر تفتحها حجم الغرفه صغير جدا جدا وهي كافيه ومناسبه ل شخص واحد فقط ونحيل الجسم المتوفر فقط ثلاجه صغيره جدا دولاب مكشوف طاوله حمام صغير جدا غلايه لايوجد مايكرويف تلفيزون صغير جدا اعيد واكرر الغرفه صغيره جدا جدا وتناسب ل شخص واحد عزوبي وليس عوائل او رجال وزوجته للضروره المواقف بعض الاوقات غير كافيه نظافة الغرف لغير المدخنين جيده

A very nice hotel with an exceptional level of hospitality. The receptionist Mohammad and the entire team are incredibly friendly. They seem to have a “make you smile in 15 minutes” policy, and if you have any problem, they handle it efficiently. The breakfast is also very complete, with some delightful Egyptian and Indian specialties. The chef and staff are extremely attentive. The hotel offers great views and overall comfort, making for a wonderful stay.

The breakfast is very good and the dinner selection too. Splendid and attentive service from everyone I have met in reception and restaurant.everyone I have met provide excellent service: Lawrence, Dinar, Dandeep, Kamalesh who are all working in the restaurant and are doing an excellent job. Also every one in the reception are very helpful and friendly.

تقيم شخصي هذي المره ٦ اجيهم وجربت كثير فنادق بالكويت الموقع بالنسبه لي ممتاز المواقف مرات تكون زحمه الفندق رايق وحلو نظيف ومرتب الغرف صغيره شخصين وطفل ويوفرون سرير اطفال صغير 💕 اسعاره معقوله بعض الاحيان تكون مرتفعه قليلا ولاكن الاستقبال عندهم اكثر من رائع الفتاه Amala جدا لطيفه ومتساعد تبهرك باحترفيتها الفطور جميل جدا الشيف المصري احمد فنان تسلم يدينه لاكن تمنيت انه نفس ايبس السالميه الفطور عندهم اكثر اصناف والمكان اكبر مع جلسه خارجيه تسجيل الوصول والخروج متساعدين فيه هذا شيء مهم عندي على حسب الاتاحه بحكم رحلات الطيران بكل مره يساعدوني الاستقبال ياناس بالفندق متساعدين ومتفهمين والله تكرر زيارتك لهم عشان تعاملهم اول ما تكون رحلتي بدري او متاخر اروح لهم وانا متاكد انهم مايخيبون الامل خاصه وانا معي طفل

Location is great. The room was so small that after the bed there was hardly any walking place. The roilet door opens right in front of bed. There is a mall and business district right next to it and taxis/careem is available all time of the day.
