Shawarma Time Cafeteria LLC

Shawarma is good but not like the most authentic ones in the streets of Dubai. Garlic sauce is not average, could do better. Place can be busy and orders can take up to 20-30 mins for takeaway. Always ask for receipt because they forget sometimes. Some employees are friendly.

I wasn't expecting karak tea in this area but I've got it here from Shawarma Time. Tea was fantastic, well boiled, medium sugar, and fantastic taste. The girl at the counter is brilliant with a sweet behaviour and customer relation etiquette. I would strongly recommend people to have a masala tea from here.

I said don't trust a restaurant that can't spell the food they are selling.. Went in, the guy at the front desk was busy chatting with his colleagues. WHAT IS HIS JOB??? anyway someone standing next to him wrote our orders down.. Food did not take long to get served.. Food was good.. The place could use some renovation.

Worst shawerma I have ever ate in my life..I ordered more than 10 sandwiches today and they were dry, the bread was horrible and as if it was made 3 days back all fakling apart. The beed had nooo dressing or Tehina..I ordered 10 sandwiches 4 of then were not touched and 2 were trashed.Even the fries wss super dry..I called them to explain that, they said we will chk wz the nabager and come back but never did. I have updated my reciew becauae the owner called ne the next day and was super decent and explained everything to me and insisted on making it up on my next order..I will give them another chance as he seemed very nice and sweet.

The order took about an hour and 15 minutes to my home, knowing the restaurant is 5 minutes away from my house. And they always delivers to me the food cold as ice!!! المطعم يتأخرون وايد في التوصيل و الاكل يوصل مبهدل و بارد شرات الثلج

I think they need to work more in the quality of the restaurant and quantity of how much the put inside the sandwich in my humble opinion it’s too less shawarma compared to the other elements

The service was fine but the food was terrible naming yourself after a famous dish and not being able to master that dish is just embarrassing. No smell to the food and no taste as if i was eating plastic. The chicken had no taste whatsoever and the gralic didnt even taste anything like garlic plus the texture of it wasnt well made. Terrible food never coming back. Lets not bring up the fact i got food poisoning not even 2 hours later

Their chicken rotisserie meal is great. Chicken is well seasoned and juicy. The spicy bread add on is always a must when we order from them. Our go to order is always the chicken meal with add on of falafel and spicy bread. The people that manage the place are also very friendly.

Come across this lovely little spot today, greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Ordered a mixture of shawarmas and sides for me & the kids, what can I say the food did not disappoint. All fresh and the flavours were so tasty. Will definitely be coming back and can’t wait for your salad bar. They have also started doing fresh juices, orange was delicious. Unfortunately, my whole family got sick from eating their shawarma, including my 2 year old baby. I used to love it and promote it, now I got cold sweats when I think of getting shawarma from their. I hope they take better care of hygiene and food safety.

Honestly, as someone who’s lived his entire life in Dubai, this is a shawarma spot you want to visit. Its a family owned spot by this very sweet lady who ensures each shawarma is spot on. From how tasty the chicken is, to how its perfectly the sauces are included in it. Much better and refreshing than the staple shawarma joints. Good job Shawarma time, youve earned yourself a loyal customer.

Love their half chicken meal! Fantastic taste, and complete meal with bread, fries, garlic sauce, humus and pickles. Add on a 2 dirham kadak! Now that’s called best bang for buck!

I love the meat shawarma. This place is recently taken over by a new owner and the previous name of the outlet was “Shawarma location”; the overall rating is inherent but pls do some and assess for yourself as to how good the food is.

Best Shawarma. So glad you guys are so close to us in DH2. Highly recommend literally anything on the menu. Food is cooked with a lot of love and passion. Ownera are lovely and staff are efficient and welcoming.Thank you!

Food is delicious. I believe thise are the best shawarmas I tried so far ! Very yummy . The only problem is the space . There is not enough tables . Too many men inside a small shop ( shefs, waiter / delivery guys ) . I always prefer to go there with my husband. Alone I don't feel comfortable.

Accidentally gave the wrong review! Shawarma time at DAMAC hills 2 DOES have one of the better chicken shawarmas I’ve had in the uae over the past ten years. It’s very flavorful. I give the food five stars. Where can they improve? They take quite sometime to put out orders. Be prepared to wait 15 - 20 minutes if there’s two customers in front of you. Ultimately, this place has a lot of potential and if you’re in the mood for a good tasting chicken shawarma, this is the place. It’s good food and worth the wait. But I feel the can solve the waiting problem for customers.

The service overall was slow, but acceptable. The prices are acceptable when compared to outside stores. The portions are generous. BUT: The beef shawarma was super spicy for some reason The chicken shawarma was over cooked The rotisserie chicken tasted bad, dry, and the spices were overwhelming. Not recommended.

Great and tasty shawarma sandwiches, and great service. However, seems like the last few times I called, they’re out of meat.

I always ordered from noon shawarma, but last 2 time it was not as usual, the tast noot good and sandwich full of frise also the garlic sauce not nice, really i didnt enjoy it at all
