We had a wonderful stay of 5 night at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was very clean, and the overall service was excellent throughout our stay. My son really enjoyed the hotel, especially the swimming pool, which was one of his favorite parts. One of the best highlights was the amazing breakfast. There was a great variety of dishes, and we really appreciated the kids’ corner, which was a nice touch for families. A special thanks to Mr. Rajish for his kindness and excellent service during our stay. He was very helpful and made us feel well taken care of. Truly it was a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

Das Frühstück im Sheraton Oman Hotel war ein rundum gelungener Start in den Tag. Das Buffet ist vielfältig und hochwertig – frische Backwaren, gute Kaffeeauswahl, frisch gepresste Säfte und warme Speisen wie individuell zubereitete Eiergerichte. Alles wirkt sehr gepflegt und ansprechend präsentiert. Die Atmosphäre unter der großen Kuppel ist hell und ruhig, der Service aufmerksam und freundlich. Insgesamt ein entspanntes, qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstück in stilvollem Ambiente.

My flight got redirected from Doha to Muscat because of the conflict, and I ended up at the Sheraton Hotel. The staff were all super friendly. Big thanks to Azad, the head chef for pastries and desserts, for being amazing at his job and really nice during my stay.

Great hotel and location. 5 star service and Amna at the guest relations front desk took such excellent care. She remembers every guest's name and room number which adds a friendly touch to the stay. They have a happy hour with unlimited drinks and food every evening which is great because it's really hard to find bars in Muscat. Highly recommend the hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay and were extremely satisfied. Everyone was very welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. The staff made us feel comfortable from the first moment. The breakfast was excellent – a great variety and very high quality. The location is also quite good. It’s not directly on the beach, but it’s centrally located and not far from the water. We would definitely come back again.

Located in the older area of Oman near the financial district. Hotel is in good condition and there’s an outdoor pool. Food at lounge and breakfast buffet all taste not bad. Good for business travelers or tourists who doesn’t mind living a bit far away from the tourist site and ocean side.

Overall very nice experience good valet service, nice room albeit aged, several pools, and good spa services. We especially recommend the massages great really marveles ones. Location yes ok maybe not the best next to a Highway but you dont hear the traffic.

We stayed at Sheraton Oman Muscat, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing overall. The only real positives were the rooms, which were comfortable and well maintained, and Talal, the cook, who was by far the most friendly and welcoming person we encountered. His kindness and attitude truly stood out!! Thank you Talal. However, the rest of the experience was far below expectations. At the breakfast area entrance, a manager (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) behaved in a very unprofessional way. He took issue with my internal paper-based review, saying it was “not good enough,” discarded it, and insisted that I complete a new one with almost everything rated as a 10. He even approached me again while I was having breakfast and asked me to change it while I was serving my food. I have never experienced anything like this before — it felt very uncomfortable and inappropriate. You’re basically forced to change your review. In addition, the swimming pool bathrooms were not clean, and there was no staff available to provide towels. When towels were available, they had an unpleasant smell, similar to old oil (probably from the spa), which made them feel unhygienic. The dinner experience was also very poor — the food quality was extremely disappointing, and the salmon did not seem fresh. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. I have stayed in other Sheraton hotels before, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. 2 starts just for the cook and the rooms.

Nous avons passé 10 jours au Sheraton Oman et tout s’est déroulé à merveille propreté impeccable, accueil chaleureux et équipe vraiment aux petits soins. Un merci particulier à Darif pour son professionnalisme et la qualité du service en restauration, toujours au top. Et une mention spéciale à Mohamed pour son accueil attentionné il a même fait préparer des légumes spécialement pour mon bébé. Un séjour parfait que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Wonderful property. Fantastic hospitality from the entire team of staff - 1. Abeer, Owais from the check in team ensured I have a super smooth check In 2. Amna the manager went above and beyond to ensure I have a great stay and ensured I explored all the amenities of the hotel. 3, Abdulla the bell boy, Suraj and another house keeping staff too were super detail oriented. 4. On the restaurant side, I dont remember the exact names - Matsukar ? Isriye ? and fernando ensured we were well taken care of. The rooms are great ( a bid aged, but thats fine ). Enjoy the staying knowing that you are staying in the tallest building in all of Oman.

Bon hôtel, situé à Riwu (si je ne me trompe pas). L’intérieur est magnifique, élégant et moderne, avec une belle décoration omanaise. L’odeur d’encens se ressentait partout, ce qui créait une ambiance agréable et apaisante. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et très varié. La piscine extérieure est sympa, et celle de l’intérieur est chauffée, avec en plus un sauna. L’équipe du Sheraton est vraiment à l’écoute et répond à toutes les demandes. Un grand merci à Abdullah, du service petit-déjeuner, qui a été très aimable avec moi !

Nice Hotel. The service was very excellent, especially Amna was very attentive and helpful during our stay. The breakfast and dinner is very good. Also the outside pool is nice. However, our room was a little worn out, and the decor was outdated. Also the inside pool and spa would need some renovation.

We had the pleasure of enjoying the Iftar buffet at the **Sheraton Oman Hotel**, and it was truly an amazing experience. The food was absolutely scrumptious from start to finish. The starters and fried items were exceptionally delicious and perfectly prepared. What really caught our attention was the stunning display of hung dates and dried fruits arranged in a special, eye-catching way to break the fast — such a thoughtful and beautiful touch. The main course offered a generous spread, including flavorful lamb mandi, tender chicken dishes, and a wonderful variety of vegetable preparations. The live grill station added an exciting and fresh element to the buffet. They also had a great selection of traditional Ramadan drinks like Vimto and laban, which complemented the meal perfectly. The dessert section was simply to die for — an impressive variety of pastries, Omani sweets, and Indian sweets. The highlight of the evening was definitely the unique and creative Cake Shawarma! Overall, the presentation of the food was spectacular, and the entire experience was memorable. The only disappointment was the shortage of glasses at the drinks section. Eventually, paper cups were provided, which felt a bit awkward for a five-star hotel. Since the event was under prior reservation, it would have been ideal for the staff to be fully prepared with a sufficient number of glasses. Despite this minor issue, it was a wonderful Iftar experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a special Iftar in Muscat.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Muscat. The service was excellent and the staff are always attentive and welcoming. The breakfast was a real highlight - amazing spread! I would also like to give special recognition to Sudesh.K, from housekeeping team. He went above and beyond to make our stay feel homely, ensuring our rooms were always perfectly cleaned and welcoming. His attention to detail and friendliness really stood out and made a big difference to our overall experience. Love his surprise note that he place in our room every day:) Overall, I highly recommend the Sheraton Muscat for anyone visiting Oman – great service, excellent facilities, and a truly comfortable stay.
