Four Points by Sheraton at Riyadh is a nice and comfortable hotel to stay, offering spacious rooms and good food options that make the experience pleasant for both business and leisure travelers. One point to consider is the distance from the International Airport. Even late at night around 23:45 hrs, it took us over 45 minutes to reach the hotel, so travel time should be factored into your plans. The property itself is large and well established, located in the heart of the city, which makes city access convenient. It also offers good amenities including a gym, swimming pool, kids’ play area, and other facilities, making it suitable for families and fitness conscious guests alike. In summary, a well equipped city hotel with comfortable rooms and facilities, though slightly far from the airport.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, @Bayan and Abdulaziz;professional, and always ready to help with any request. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and services.

Four Points by Sheraton Riyadh is a huge property located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for business and city access. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is quite far from the International Airport, even late at night around 23:45 hrs, it took us over 45 minutes to reach. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable hotel to stay in Riyadh, especially if you prefer being centrally located.

Unfortunately, despite my best intentions, I cannot rate this hotel highly. In my humble opinion, this hotel should never be part of the Marriott / Sheraton brand. The hotel is neglected, with unrenovated rooms and old furniture. As for the location — on one hand, it is an advantage that the hotel is in an old district, close to the old town and the old souk. On the other hand, there are many very poor, begging people on the streets nearby. An undeniable advantage is the very friendly hotel staff and a good restaurant, although even there we experienced sour milk at breakfast. Another disadvantage is the sports field built in the very center of the hotel. The noise carries like in a resonance tube, even up to the 21st floor. I cannot imagine guests staying on lower floors and being forced to listen to the noise of people playing football. Unfortunately, I must mention one more issue — the car washing service. I arranged for an interior and exterior car wash for 50 SAR (which is already overpriced, as a normal car wash in Saudi Arabia costs about 35 SAR). Still, I agreed to the price and expected a properly done service. Unfortunately, the inside of the car was not cleaned and remained dirty. I had to spend my own time and effort cleaning it myself, even though I had already paid someone to do this job. So, if you are considering a hotel in Riyadh, I do not recommend Four Points by Sheraton Khalidia. This is not the standard that the Marriott / Sheraton brand is known for.

الموقع للفندق مو حُلو للامانه ، لكن الفُندق و الافطار عندهم متنوع بالاضافه النظافه لكم شوي عليها الستاره وسخه ، اللحاف اصفر ، الحمام نظافه المغاسل فيها معجون وغالباً من الناس اللي قبل ، الكنب مو نظيف بالنسبه للفطور اذا خلص الاكل مايوفروه بسرعه ، وكمان الاجبان مو مقطعه و الخبز ايضاً . اللي يُشفع للفندق اللي ماسكين الاستقبال كان فيه واحد اصلع و الثاني كدش شوي ماشاءالله عليهم نعم الاحترام و لبقين بالتعامل مررره الله يوفقهم يارب وحطيت النجمه عشانهم 🤝🏻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Riyadh (Khaldia) as a family, and while the location is decent rather than exceptional, what truly makes this hotel outstanding is the people. This was our first time in Saudi Arabia, and we came with certain preconceptions. The team here completely changed that for us. From reception to valet to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. They didn’t just improve our hotel stay — they elevated our entire Saudi experience. Their kindness toward me, my wife, and especially our son truly highlighted how family-friendly the country is. A special thank you to Moataz and his restaurant team — Rahim, Umesh, Yam, Akash, and Kushal — for their exceptional hospitality. Moataz leads with warmth and professionalism, and it clearly reflects in his team. Every meal felt welcoming and personal. We also sincerely appreciate Taufiq and Claudio from the valet team, always attentive and welcoming, and Sagar from housekeeping, who maintained our room daily with great care and consideration for our family’s needs. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and generously sized — not overly fancy, but very practical and relaxing for a family stay. It’s rare to encounter a team that leaves such a lasting impression. When we return to Riyadh, we will absolutely stay here again. Management should be proud — this team represents hospitality at its best.

The hotel is very good and people are welcoming. Specially the house keeping member named Nasib, very nice and friendly. The food is also good and the restaurant servants are so helpful. The voice isolating between the rooms is not perfect and the elevators not always accept the request, but they are four so you will find a pickup for sure. I requested early checkout and they were too late to send someone to take the luggage so I took by myself. Overall good experience, thank you 🙂 The only thing made me left earlier than I should is the location, it is so crowded and so messy around. No rules followed in the streets with a lot of construction works around. People over look at me and they cell vegetables in the streets while calling me to buy in an aggressive way. The good part is that you can find anything you need in a very cheerful price which is not exist in most of the city, I found a money exchange shops all around and I could buy a door lock and mechanical stuff.

One of the finest service I have ever recieved. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance for two days I stayed which was the only negative I saw..the staffs and services are exceptionally friendly and supportive .
