Got my zirconia crown and whitening at Shield Medical Center today for a really good price. Super happy with the results! Highly recommend this clinic, especially Dr. Soad—she’s very kind, professional, and easy to talk to. I usually feel uncomfortable when dentists touch my teeth, but she made me feel at ease and kept reassuring me the whole time. Thank you so much, Doc, and to the whole team! Will definitely come back ❤️

Just came in this Branch because of Dr. Charisma, her gentle touch it’s made me feel I don’t need any Dental Dr. to try again., her expertise it’s highly recommended, together with her assistant Ms. krisia she’s attentive, Ms. joy receptionist so welcoming and helpful and that’s made you felt you’re welcomed🤍🙏 If you have any dental teeth problem I can highly recommended try this Medical Center and ask Dr. Cha. Recommended to all Nationality, the price it’s worth it for me especially it’s a great service! They also do other services, laser, dermatology etc. It’s same building of Mercure hotel, office 101. Visit and try hope you will love it as I do!

After many years of not having any dental treatment, I took the plunge and consulted Dr Soad. Having previously had most of my work done in the UK over 30 years ago, I had a lot of metal/amalgum fillings that were failing. Over a series of visits Dr Soad has now removed almost all of the metal fillings and I’ve had an LOT of root canal work done, with crowns fitted. She saved all my teeth and the crowns, together with veneers on the top row, have given me renewed confidence in my smile. I cannot say the root canals were pleasant - infections and inflammation extended the work needed due to years of underlying decay. But throughout all my visits I’ve felt cared for with sensitivity, skill and kindness by my dentist - an exceptionally skilled and caring medical professional. The results are better than I could have hoped for! The next and final phase or treatment will be two final root canals on the lower left side and I’ll have veneers on my front lower teeth to complete the treatment. I cannot wait - not something I’d usually say about visiting a dentist - but honestly Dr Soad is a joy to visit and I’ve complete confidence in her skill and capability. Apart from the first few hundred Dirham, my treatment was not covered by health insurance so the investment has been my own. As a result I wanted a clinic that would do the right thing for my long term oral health and be affordable. My choice in Shield and Dr Soad was spot on. I can honestly recommend Dr Soad and will be scheduling regular cleaning and maintenance visits with her once the work is complete. If you’re thinking of any dental work then you can be confident in Shield.

The staff are always so welcoming , friendly and warm. Dr. Charisma and her asst. is very professional .Every time I see her I know that she will take good care of my teeth issues .So if you are in need of a good dental place and dentist this is definitely the best place to go!!! I had my molar tooth extraction this morning at Shield Medical Center with Dra. Charisma Dy Manansala, and I’m truly grateful for the experience. She was very kind, friendly, and professional. Very unhygienic place, doctor was wearing mask but not covering nose which is completely against DOH infection guidelines and I could smell his breath. Very poor communication from the staff to medical staff. I am now sure whether they really sterilize the equipments. At the end of procedure I ended up in completely soaked trouser. DOH should look into the infection control seriously.

Highly recommended Shield Medical clinic. Im very satisfied and thankful for Dra.Charisma for her excellent service. She is very calm and professional Doctor, very helpful for patient like me who has a very big fear or extraction. Also her assistant krisia she is also polite and good assistance.
