Very nice and beautiful place. We have visited Sahl Hasheesh 3 times and always visit this place as a treat. Very reasonable price, nice service and good soshi. But to be honest in 2024 and 2025 sushi menu were better – before transition to "fusion". Nice European vibe music easy to communicate, no Arabic.

Let's take it one step at a time. We live in Sahl Hasheesh, so we're no strangers to this place. We wanted to try this restaurant, like every other in the area. Overall, we were disappointed. The portions were very small considering the exorbitant prices. The food wasn't bad, but it didn't impress us. You can eat better in many restaurants in Hurghada, and much cheaper. The food wasn't worth the money. And I'm not talking about money, I'm talking about value for money. It's absurd. In fact, we've never seen it very busy there either. A few people occasionally left. However, we won't go back.

Une très belle expérience culinaire. La qualité des plats est irréprochable, savoureuse et bien présentée. L’ambiance est tout simplement magnifique, chaleureuse et agréable. Le service est exceptionnel : personnel accueillant, attentif et très professionnel. Le tout dans un emplacement idéal, directement au bord de la plage, ce qui ajoute une touche encore plus spéciale à l’expérience. Je recommande vivement. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / 10/10

Nous étions au restaurant Rabenda qui partage le coin. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment sous les arcades au bord de mer. La décoration est raffinée sans être chargée, le service était super bon, serviable et gentil. Mention spéciale pour la nourriture très sofistiquée, mes fruits de mer étaient vraiment delicieux et mon fils de 2ans a dévoré le riz aux légumes. Les salades sont aussis excellentes. Choix de vins sympas. Et essayez les desserts sans hesiter, un delice! Nous reviendrons sans hésité. Merci pour le service top qualité Hossam que nous avion besoin avec un enfant en bas âge! Un vrai bon moment extrêmement agréable

Waren 2 Wochen am Strand von Shimmers in Sahl Hasheesh. Strand sehr Sauber und das Service war sehr gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Saeed. Er war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Danke an Alle für die schöne Zeit im Shimmers. Wir können das Shimmers nur Weiterempfehlen. Der Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Greek salad and mixed sea food was delicious. I have tried the sushi and it was 😋😋 Excellent atmosphere and very kind staff I really enjoyed the moment ❤️ The location in the beach very nice specially sunset time

My husband and I are staying at a nearby hotel and decided to venture out for a casual bite and a drink—and we’re so glad we did! The restaurant was right on the beach, offering stunning views and a relaxed atmosphere that instantly made us feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive. We ordered a small dish and a cold drink, and everything exceeded our expectations. The food was fresh and flavorful, the drinks were perfectly chilled, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. It was the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve discovered a hidden gem. Next time we’re in Egypt, we’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy great food with a view!

Wir sind jetzt seit zwei Jahren regelmäßig hier. Vom Essen über Getränke sind wir super zufrieden. Der Service inkl. Shishaservice einfach nur toll. Es wird engmaschig nach dem Wohlbefinden gefragt. Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn und nach einem „anstrengenden“ Tag am Pool, Beach, an der Marina oder wo auch immer wir uns gerade rumtengeln, ist es einfach nur traumhaft schön den Abend hier ausklingen lassen zu können.

The ambience and decoration are absolutely stunning truly super, super beautiful and thoughtfully designed. You immediately feel comfortable and welcomed. The sushi was hands down the best in town: incredibly fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. Every bite was amazing. On top of that, the staff were all incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Highly recommended I will definitely come back!

Très sympathique déjeuner dans ce restaurant en bord de plage… nous nous sommes régalés, produits frais et cuisine savoureuse, service agréable. Les prix ne sont pas affichés sur la carte extérieure mais le serveur vous apporte immédiatement la carte avec les prix si vous le demandez. Nous avons pris la salade Shimmers et des calamars fris (qui sont frais et non surgelés, ça change tout !). Mention spéciale pour le citron pressé, une merveille !

We found Shimmers whilst out exploring away from our nearby hotel. It’s located on the seafront with a terrace outside. Also across the road is a beach bar, nicely decorated with incredible views of the bay, great for Sunset. There’s always some cool mellow jazz or house music at a low volume that enhances and doesn’t spoil the ambiance. The menu strikes a great balance between Oriental, fresh seafood, and classic comfort favorites. The Sushi is standout. The burgers were also incredibly delicious. The tropical cocktails were exactly what you want at a beachside spot: refreshing, vibrant, and generously poured. The customers service was excellent!! There was one small issue with the Bill on one occasion but the staff went above and beyond to rectify it, so we left happy. Highly recommended

We ate here twice once at the restaurant, sushi and then at the beach club where we rented chairs for the day. We had a bottle of white wine, pizza and Thai beef noodles salad. It was really great.

Environment was good, but the waiter seemed extremely arrogant and looked like he wanted to eat my food and go immediately home. And the worst thing… when paying by card they said the paying terminal doesn’t have wi-fi even tho the other table paid without any problem, so they forced us to pay by cash, we payed with euros and the transaction/exchange fee the waiter created out of nowhere costed us 14€ extra. I don’t recommend this restaurant.
