Welcomeウッドネックレスとドリンクでお出迎えしてくれます。 ホテルの送迎をお願いしたのでエントランスまでスムーズにこれました。 フランスを思わせる調度品の数々。 宮殿の一部で本当に素晴らしい。 部屋は広くクラシックモダンで優雅な気分になれます。 フランスではなくなりつつあるトイレの横に洗浄用の便器のような物が設置されてます。 バスルームは広く隣のドレッサールームはゆったりと準備ができます。 たまたま泊まった部屋が007の撮影に使われた部屋でテラスから下に飛び降りるシーンを撮ったそうです。 そんなテラスからのながめは最高。 丁度日が沈む所で夕日は思ったより早く１分もしないで沈んでいきました。 ホテル周辺は観光客も多く見どころも沢山あり飽きません。 宿泊者は敷地内の夜の散歩ができます。 宿泊者以外は夜入れないのでじっくり見れます。 中庭で夜は演奏と歌が聴けます。 バーはフランスの宮殿のようで素晴らしい。 レストランはパステルカラーで可愛らしい雰囲気と円形のダークブラウンでシックな部屋があります。 夜屋上からの眺めも素敵で王族が実際に住んでる塔が幻想的に見えました。 スタッフは皆さん感じが良くホテル内を案内してくれ一緒に散策してくれました。 誇りを持って仕事をしているのが伝わります。

A truly wonderful hotel to stay at, not just for its comfort but for the people who make the experience so special. Lovely view and great staff , Few staff here are highly experienced, senior, and incredibly professional, which reflects in the quality of service throughout the stay. I had the pleasure of interacting with LaluRam Ji, whose service was faster and more energetic than that of many young professionals. Watching him work was genuinely heart warming. During our conversation, he shared that he has been associated with the hotel for the past 37 years, and yet his dedication, enthusiasm, and sincerity felt as fresh as someone on their very first day at work. His excitement and pride in what he does were truly inspiring. He spoke with immense respect for Dr. Lakshyaraj Ji, the owner and the king, praising, values, and the way the hotel is run. More than anything, what stood out to me was the passion with which the senior staff work so gracefully, wholeheartedly, and with genuine love for their roles.

The staff service is very good. They are very responsive, helpful and always ready to hear our requests. But hotel not worth the price. Does not seem like a 5 star property at all. Actual look of the hotel is different from the photos. This seems like a old property. As soon as a we entered the room, there was a strong smell of some cheap room spray. It was so allergic. I have never come across a 5 star hotel using such strong sprays. The picture of the hotel seems very big, but that is not the case here. I am highly disappointed in my first trip to Udaipur with my family. However they changed our room and gave another room which was not sprayed. The food is too expensive and the restaurant is not too big. Per person meal : Rs. 2,200 . But the breakfast which is included in the room tariff is very good

The hotel is exceptionally beautiful especially the common areas such as the pool, restaurant and the terrace. The breakfast buffet and the services were really good. The massages at the spa were great too and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's right next to the city palace so convenient if you want to visit the area around or take the ferry boat to the Jag mandir Island palace. Because it's situated right next to the city palace, the area is extremely busy, loud and touristy. I would not recommend this hotel if you're looking for a quiet get away. Some of the food and drinks were incredibly expensive. The palace double room itself is not worth the money as the room was very basic with no views at all and was getting a lot of noise because of its location.

Incredible experience. The rooms look a bit outdated online but they are really comfy and lovely. The location is hard to beat and our lakeview room at sunset was to die for. Also, the service was great all around.

Grand old hotel, glorious entrance as you enter the gates and ascend the hill. Unfortunately that is a good as it gets. The rooms are in desperate need of a revamp - they old and tired and there are things in the room that are broken or don't work. The staff do their best to make up for the dated facilities

Extremely ignorant towards the guest.Not one person attended. The ambiance was very good.Three of the staff passed by us, they didn’t take our order. We were staying in Taj Fateh palace.We went to Pathya

If you’re a tourist from abroad then I highly recommend this place to stay. Our few days here were a fabulous experience. We stayed in the Terrace Suite and it was spacious with 2 balconies. The room service was divine! Every item from the menu was superb. The room was cleaned every day while our stay and they would leave cute packages of chocolate for us. Their breakfast had a huge variety of India and continental food items and if something wasn’t there you could make special requests and the chefs would make it for you. Just a few blocks down was the City Palace which you could pay a small fee and get a tour guide to show you around. The only downside of this palace is the shops there were overly expensive. If you really want to buy stuff it’s better to go outside the palace otherwise you’re paying 3x more for the price of the items that you can get outside for cheaper.

Shiv niwas palace which is Just adjacent to city palace maintained by royalty .. Has a great vibe .. it's amazing experience to stay over here.. some issues like- food options are limited they don't entertain outside food .. we didn't have navaratri thali option.. They didn't let us have dal bhati which was served at city palace.. some stupid house rules.. Morning breakfast was good.. Ambience and amenities were good.. View from the rooms was amazing.. We enjoyed swimming in the marble pool..

One of the best heritage properties of Udaipur,which is directly under the control of His highness udaipur Lakshyadev Singh Ji Maharaj..You will get a royal feel every moment,since you are inside the City palace compound..Such a nice hospitality that I don't have words to praise....Yes,pricing on a higher side but that is acceptable 👍👍🌹🌹😊😊

Room was not even according to a 3 star hotel standard. They do not provide much facilities for guests. Not very professional compared to other big hotel chains. No exclusive boat rides or other complimentary facilities that you expect after paying so much money and staying in such hotels. Better to book some Taj property

Stayed in the terrace suite with lake facing view. - View from the room is excellent. Feels like heaven. - Location of the hotel is the best one could get. Buggy service is cherry on the top. - Room maintenance and amenities average. Great scope of improvement. Though natural palace like feel is exceptional. - Food variety in restaurant limited. Taste above average. - Breakfast buffet excellent service but spread is very less compared to most 5 star properties. - Room service and house keeping was decent. - Front reception definitely needs to gear up in hospitality and responsiveness . They should learn from their counterparts in the reception of taj properties.

As an event planner, this property gives royal feel and has less then 40 rooms here. Perfect place to arrange an intimate wedding with the touch of royalty. Front office staff is at their best game. You can have value for money experience here.

Feel like royalty when staying at this palace which is a part of the king’s mahal and is managed by his team. The suites are beautiful and the view is amazing. U can get a taste of history

Stay in this hotel is good but nothing outstanding which will make me come again Food is just ok , the swimming pool is small and room facilities like ac control and electrical points for charging your phone are dated The staff however are very friendly and ever willing to help Rooms are however not spotlessly clean but then again it is an old property( palace)

An exceptional Hotel on the Lake with breathtaking views . The staff were all wonderful and the front of house Manager Rahul was a delight to work with . He arranged everything you could imagine with speed and a smile .The restaurant was outstanding .As was our Suite .. huge and a delight .. cannot wait to return

Every space of this property screams of Royalty,,Ambient and large rooms,,very Hospitable staff made us feel very welcoming and pampered.
