One of the oldest apartment complexes in Chennai that has commercial office spaces and residences that coexist. Perennial water problem and parking space ails this flats complex. Sadly there is little greenery and closed circuit camera coverage.

Most of shop are closed, some individual office are opened in some floors Mainly they have elevators and operators

It is old building car parking is only for those who paying monthly rent. Others are parking outside.
