I recently visited shivas salon in Matunga, and I had a really good experience. The staff was polite and the service was great. I actually found this salon through the Luzo app, which had some really nice discounts. It made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend checking them out.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Sonu at Shivas Salon, Matunga, and he is absolutely fabulous at what he does! He takes his time, patiently working through each step to ensure the cut is perfect. What I appreciate most is that he truly listens — he follows every single instruction and delivers exactly what I asked for, with results that always look amazing. Sonu’s skill, attention to detail, and professionalism make every visit a great experience. Highly recommended!

Sushil and Sonu both deliver the haircut I alway wanted. But this guy Amar is way too irritating keeps talking and ruined my whole hair, whoever goes to shivas don’t get a haircut from Amar. You’ll get a haircut and headache free. Highly disappointed.

Place is great, it has all the possible services for Salon. You can book and come I gave 4 star as I had 4 PM booking/appointment but I had to wait for more than 45 mins. Place is good, staffs are polite and they know their stuff.

Sushil is really great with kids and knows exactly how to handle them He gave my son a very nice haircut just the way we wanted He spoke very softly and made my child feel comfortable Within a few minutes my son became friendly with him There was no fear at all during the haircut My child didn’t cry even once which was a big relief He also cuts my hair and I am very happy with his work I travel from Tilak Nagar to Matunga just to get my haircut done by him That itself shows how good and reliable he is I would definitely recommend Sushil for both kids and adults haircuts

Don't do hair spa Hair spa experience was very bad . The guy asked me konsa karaoge . As soon as i picked the 850 (loreal) one he lost interest ! No head massage, no conditioner! The steam was bad too. It was just a formality done by him .

The hair wash with blow dry is very expensive. Enrich is charging only 600 rs which is having better branding than shiva for haircare, whereas you are charging rs 1100 for the same. Please reduce your price.

Great service and courteous staff like Khushi shetty and Sonali Patil , extremely professional and will go out of the way to ensure great customer service. Located in Matunga opposite the flower market lane. You can also subscribe to an annual membership which will help you get 10 percent off on every visit. Also they have anniversary offers every year where discounts are as high as 30 percent. You can always be assured of customer centricity when you visit Shivas. A must visit salon for everyone. It is affordable as well.

Quite contrary to the last time I got my hair done, this time wasn't that great. Amar tried to rush me through everything it seemed and delivered a suboptimal haircut for the price :(

Shivas is best at its service and their staff. Sonu the hair styler was so good at his profession he trimmed my hairs and beared very well and fantasti. On other hand shweta was good at d-tanning and cleanup she gaved her excellence for my face glow, thanking you both
