در کل تجربه‌ی خوبی بود، ولی اگر بخوام دقیق‌تر بگم:
فضای مرکز خرید سئول از نظر معماری واقعاً عالیه، اما متأسفانه رسیدگی کافی بهش نمی‌شه. همه‌چیز کمی نامرتب و شلوغه — از سیم‌کشی‌ها گرفته تا چادرهای نامنظم. با این حال، با وجود این بی‌نظمی و ضعف در بهداشت، خاص بودن فضا هنوز به چشم میاد. به نظرم مالکین و مستأجرها باید با همکاری این فضا رو سر و سامان بدن.
در مورد غذا، این رستوران واقعاً خوشمزه و باکیفیته و نسبت به خیلی جاهای دیگه قیمت مناسبی داره. کیفیت گوشت عالی بود و مزه‌ی غذاها تا حدی ایرانیزه شده. حجم برنج خیلی زیاده و طعم زیره کمی غالب بود. (من فاکتور رو گذاشتم تا مشخص باشه چی سفارش دادیم.)
چای و باقلوا به نظرم ارزشش رو نداشت.
برخورد پرسنل محترمانه بود، اما از نظر حرفه‌ای بودن جای پیشرفت دارن؛ مثلاً لباس بعضی‌ها بوی عرق میداد یا لیوان‌ها رو از بالا می‌گرفتن که از نظر بهداشتی درست نیست. البته این مشکل فقط مخصوص این رستوران نیست و متأسفانه در بسیاری از جاهای ایران دیده می‌شه.
در مجموع، حتماً دوباره می‌ریم چون کیفیت غذا رو دوست داشتم و برای مهمانی دادن هم قیمتش مناسبه
Overall, it was a good experience, but to go into details:
The architecture of Seoul Shopping Center is really impressive, but unfortunately, it’s not well maintained. Everything looks a bit messy — tangled wires, disorganized tents, and a general lack of care. Still, despite all this disorder and weak hygiene, the place has a unique charm. I think both the owners and tenants should work together to improve it.
As for the food, it was really delicious and high quality. Compared to other places, the prices were very reasonable. The meat quality was excellent, and the flavors were slightly “Iranian-style.” The rice portions were huge, and the taste of cumin was quite dominant. (I’ve attached the receipt so you can see what we ordered.)
The tea and baklava weren’t worth it, though.
The staff were polite, but not very professional — for example, some uniforms smelled of sweat, and waiters held glasses from the top, which isn’t hygienic. This issue isn’t specific to this restaurant; it’s unfortunately common across many places in Iran.
Overall, we’ll definitely come back, because I really liked the food quality and the prices are great for hosting guests.
