I had a very disappointing experience at Design Gift Shop in Vellore. The product quality did not match the price, and many items looked overpriced for what they offer. The customer service was also not satisfactory — the staff seemed uninterested and not very helpful. The shop arrangement was average, and I did not find many unique options as expected. Overall, it was not worth the visit. I hope they improve their service, pricing, and product quality in the future.

A very good toy shop with a wide variety of toys for all age groups. The shop is clean and well organized. The staff patiently explain and help in choosing toys. Prices are fair and the quality is excellent. Highly recommended for kids.

It is okay place to shop gift and fancy items. However the shop is totally unorganised. The staff doesn't know what is where. They were totally confused. Also they have one poster saying "3% off if google reviews posted" which is beating the purpose. The price is also on higher side
