Sigma Aldrich - Merck

Sorry to say this we loosing hope on sigma service and support. Just ready available chemical it should be deliver with in 45 km of surrounding takes 6 day. We try to get support for the last one week direct and through our channel partner. The people are very busy and they are very talent to transfer the work to other not to product. A very big thanks to know the sigma response.

Customer service is very poor. Chemical is ordered before 3 months. But still not yet delivered and the status is also not updated for the customer. Please don`t prefer to go with this make try some other make for procurement.

The poorest customer service. They can't serve customers on the phone, they receive calls and ask to send email inquiries instead. They forward the request to the nearest sales representatives but that representative acts as it does not exist...NO RESPONSE AT ALL.... is it a business organization!!?? Do they really want to sell chemicals or have they made enough money and started giving damn to the customers!?? Sigma Aldrich Canada was too quick in responding. The same in ASIA is a mere distributor.
