Dear Management of Signature Hotel, Your slogan says, “It’s a good day to have a good day.” Unfortunately, my recent stay did not reflect that message. I checked in on 21 February and checked out on 22 February 2026. Upon check-in, the receptionist (whose name I unfortunately forgot, but her badge indicated “Telephone Operator”) informed me of the AED 200 deposit requirement. I explained that I would provide the deposit once my companion arrived. After reaching my room, I called reception and requested to speak with Sagar, who was introduced to me as the supervisor on duty. I calmly asked whether it would be possible to waive the AED 200 deposit since we were staying for only one night, the stay was work-related (not leisure), and there was no minibar in the room. Before I could fully explain, he immediately declined and stated that it was hotel policy. I told him I completely understand hotel policies. However, policies can sometimes be reviewed depending on circumstances. Given that it was a short, professional stay, I politely asked for reconsideration. For context, I worked in the hospitality industry for seven years, including serving as a Shift Leader in a reputable international chain under the Marriott International. During my experience, we encountered similar guest requests, and when appropriate, we exercised discretion while still protecting the hotel’s interests. Hospitality is not only about policy enforcement but also about flexibility and guest relations. Sagar later called me again, stating he had spoken to his manager and that the deposit was still required. I requested to speak directly with the manager, but I was told it was not within his authority to resolve further. I respectfully question the purpose of holding a supervisory position during a shift if even minor guest concerns cannot be handled or escalated efficiently. Throughout this exchange, I remained respectful. However, I felt disturbed and distracted during my work because of repeated calls regarding the deposit. We had no intention of smoking, damaging property, or misusing hotel facilities. A small, short-term business stay should have been evaluated with some level of consideration.Thankfully the breakfast was good at least. I fully respect hotel policies, but hospitality should also involve understanding, flexibility, and professionalism in communication. My concern is not merely about the AED 200 deposit, but about how the situation was handled. I hope management will review this matter and ensure that guest concerns are addressed with a more service-oriented approach in the future. Sincerely Ilvic

I had a perfect stay at Signature Hotel. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Faizan at the front desk for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and friendly attitude. He was always helpful and made sure everything was smooth throughout my stay. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again.

I celebrated my birthday during my stay at the hotel and had kindly asked if it would be possible to receive even a small complimentary gesture for the occasion. While most of the staff politely declined, one staff member, Anandhan, went above and beyond to make my day special. Anandhan surprised me in my room with a small cake and some fruits. He mentioned that it was what he could arrange from the kitchen, and I truly appreciated the effort he made. It was a simple gesture, but it meant a lot to me and made my birthday memorable. His initiative, kindness, and willingness to help reflect excellent customer service, and he is a great asset to your team. I would also like to share a short and constructive feedback for the receptionists, front desk team, and supervisors. I understand that everyone is working hard, and I respect that. However, hospitality is not only about service but also about making guests feel welcomed, valued, and understood. A warm smile, friendliness, and empathy can make a very big difference in a guest’s experience. I chose this hotel because I believed I would enjoy my stay here with my family, and small gestures and genuine hospitality are what make guests want to come back. This is simply a friendly suggestion for improvement, as good customer connection is what builds loyal guests. Thank you again to Anandhan for making my birthday special and memorable.

recently completed a five-day stay at this hotel, and overall, the experience was quite good. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient. What truly made the stay memorable, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff. A huge thank you to Mohamed: For helping to create a great experience with his attention to detail. Their friendly and accommodating attitudes made all the difference! I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel ist an sich ganz okay, die Zimmer sind groß genug. Es wird jeden Tag ein paar Flaschen Wasser 0,5l hingestellt. Ein kleiner leerer Kühlschrank ist auch vorhanden. Das Doppeltbett ist schön groß, die Matratze aber hart. Das Beistellbett ist leider viel zu klein, also nichts für lange Menschen. Wir sind zu 3. in dem Zimmer und bekommen jeden Tag nur für 1-2 Handtücher, obwohl wir das schon mehrmals gemeldet hatten. Darüber hinaus ist die Sicherung schon zwei mal raus gesprungen und der Techniker musste kommen. Was mich sehr stört ist, dass man die Fenster nicht auf machen kann und somit das Zimmer nicht lüften kann. Außerdem kommt sehr viel Lärm von der Straße und jeden Abend hört man sehr laute Musik die von draußen kommt. Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt eine gute Auswahl und man wird satt.

I want to thank Kristine, Limbu and Sandae for making my vacation! They were helpful and understanding in every aspect! My room was nice and clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfasts were on top. The hotel is 8 minutes away from the metro. Swimming pool is not big but water was clean. Gym provided. They have a starbucks on the first floor. On the second or third floor there is a bar/club and it’s quite loud at night. Hotel also has transfer to a Dubai Mall, but no beach transfers

Ich habe insgesamt 3 Tage im voraus günstig gebucht und nach einem verspäteten Flug wurde ich um 7:00 morgens abgewiesen. Weshalb gecancelt wurde kann ich nur vermuten, gesagt hat man mir es nicht. An diesem Tag war die Stadt ausgebucht und erbärmliche Hotes/Hütten verlangten 250 € für eine Nacht, normal würde ich dort nicht für 50€ einchecken. Oberhalb von 400€ gab's Zimmer in normalen Budget-Hotels im Signature gab es nichts, es war abartig. Habe dann zwei Tage später trotzdem im Signature 1 eingecheckt weil ich dort zu tun hatte. Was soll ich sagen, im Prinzip ist es in Ordnung, man braucht aber für den Strom einen Adapter, aber der Vorfall zwei Tage zuvor hat mich viele Nerven und zusätzliches Geld gekostet. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Profitgier sie so handeln lässt. An diesem Tag konnte man ein vielfaches für ein Zimmer verlangen und somit wurde ich zum Opfer dieser Gier. Ich würde hier nicht auf ein voraus gebuchtes Zimmer vertrauen, vor Ort zu vernünftigen Preisen kann man es buchen. Das Hotel kann ich aus diesem Grund nicht empfehlen!

The room cleaning service was excellent. The room was always spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. I would like to especially mention Rohit from the housekeeping department for his professional work, attention to detail, and kindness. His dedication really made a difference during my stay. Highly recommended!

Indians pls refrain from this hotel if you are vegeterian. While the rooms are fine, the breakfast buffet was not good at all. The manager at the breakfast counter behaves as if he owns the hotel and didn’t change or accommodate the menu even though we were staying there for 8 nights!!!! And travelling with our 4 year old kid. In a word refrain, pls go for other options where Indians are welcomed and proper indian food is served. I hope this review will help fellow Indians.

I have an exceptional two-month stay at the Signature 1 Hotel Dubai - Tecom, and I can confidently say this was the most perfect hotel and amazing hospitality experience I have ever encountered. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. During my long stay, I felt I was with family, not hotel staff. A special thanks to the incredible XANDROS team, whose daily motivation and smiles were a highlight during my work hours. The ground floor coffeeshop team is simply amazing, and I cannot miss praising the reception, room service, and concierge teams—they consistently offered help proactively, always anticipating needs before I even had to ask. Thank you for transforming a long stay into a memorable, heartwarming experience. This is not just a hotel; it's a benchmark for genuine care.

A special thanks to Bellboy Captain Sebal and sandeep and prem all for his outstanding service — he was extremely polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. His positive attitude really made a difference and gave a warm impression of the hotel’s hospitality.and mohamed and faizan and Mahmoud all good stuff. However, I was a bit disappointed with one of the security staff members, Monaj, due to his unhelpful and unfriendly approach. I believe this area can be improved to ensure all guests receive the same high level of service that Sebal provided.

I had a wonderful stay at Signature 1 Hotel. The property is clean, comfortable, and well located, making it perfect for both business and leisure. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, and the facilities meet every expectation. A special mention to Kristine at the reception — she was truly outstanding! Warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, she made check-in and check-out effortless and ensured my stay was smooth. Her professionalism and friendliness really stand out and made me feel at home. Highly recommended and definitely looking forward to coming back.

I recently stayed at Signature Hotel Tecom room number 1105 and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was very convenient. A special thanks to Bellboy Captain Sebal for his outstanding service — he was extremely polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. His positive attitude really made a difference and gave a warm impression of the hotel’s hospitality. However, I was a bit disappointed with one of the security staff members, Monaj, due to his unhelpful and unfriendly approach. I believe this area can be improved to ensure all guests receive the same high level of service that Sebal provided. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would consider returning in the future — especially thanks to the great assistance from Sebal.

Nice hotel, and we had a nice visit. The front desk staff were very professional. I’d like to make a special mention of our housekeeper Margaret on the 11th floor. Margaret was so friendly, and kind, and her high level of service was a reflection of excellence, that all other employees should strive model. We will definitely come back and refer others to visit. this is the worst hotel I've ever lived. I think they paid for good reviews. The room looks clean at first look,but all corners are dirty and damaged, the tap,bath tube and toilet cover have unpleasant marks from bad maintenance. The service is horrible, they don’t give you bathroom suppliers like tooth paste and slippers , and even I asked for several times , they just ignored my request, only offered bath cap, dirt bag and cotton tip which I didn’t use at all. At the end , I have to buy my own bathroom supplies. and the manager is arrogant, he never wanted to explain or resolve anything. Don’t think about this hotel if you don’t have strong heart and want to waste your time to get basic service in any normal hotel.

Отель обожаю , все соответствует уровню и останавливаюсь тут не первый год . Живу тут уже почти месяц и скорее всего продлю проживание . В номерах красота , большие окна обожаю . Уборка просто на высшем уровне, отдельно хочу поблагодарить лично Margret and Vishal . Ребята просто супер 🙏. Спасибо отелю за теплый прием и удобства . Пятерка твердая 👏🏽💃💥

I would like to thank Mamun, one of the amazing staff members at Signature 1 Hotel. He works near the pool area and always greets guests with a warm smile. One of the most inflexible and unhelpful reception teams I have ever dealt with. I forgot my Emirates ID, and I fully acknowledge that this was my mistake. However, I offered to provide scanned copies of both my Emirates ID and passport, but they refused. I then requested a refund, which was also refused. After that, I asked if my booking could be rescheduled so I could return to Abu Dhabi, collect my Emirates ID, and come back, but that request was refused as well. In many other hotels across the UAE, I have been able to complete check-in by showing my documents through the TAMM app, so I was surprised that no alternative solution was considered. As a result, I was unable to stay and lost the full amount of my booking. Very disappointing customer service and a complete lack of flexibility in handling a simple situation.
