This is the worst experience I had. The suspension issue cropped up and the owner carried out a scan and set it right according to him. However within 59 m of driving out the error code resurfaced. Went back and the owner asked to bring the car back later, why? Went back at appointed time and he said no space in his garage and to come back next week. He keeps promising and does not turn up at appointed time. Tried with his appointed time thrice and he did not keep up his own appointment. Just interested in taking money and the issue remains there. He is not capable neither technically nor with managing his time frame. Rubbish garage lousy service. Not recommended at all if you want to save your car and heartburn!

Recently i came to know about Silu and truly it was an fully satisfied experience.since I am a car freak it wasn’t easy for me to hand over my vehicle to anyone just like that but sincerely I felt so much in terms of trust confidence and reliability in doing so and they return my vehicle just like new that from engine performance suspension etc My sincere thanks go to each one of them esp from the politeness of the receptionist to everyone. The best part of the entire job performance isn’t one hand that’s Mr Babu the man behind everything. Experience make the difference. I strongly recommend anyone who read me if a need for a care. Good workshop for Mercedes Benz cars in Sharjah with reasonable charges. They have qualified staffs and enough tools to deal with premium cars. (Don’t consider the appearance)

My gear box issues was fixed by Silu garage in 3-4 days. The car feels like new now. I would request Silu to reduce the service charges where possible. None the less, great service.

I took my E class 240 at silu for AC, panorama window, brakes and alignment. I was so busy that i even forgot my car, they were patiently waiting, i finally took my car after more than one month. The most surprising thing is that my AC was fixed and still working very well. The bill that I’ve paid for all original spare parts replaced left me stunt. May you kindly visit them for any type of mercedes. You’ll never be disappointed. All the staffs from the Boss and all of them are so kind with a good skill of understanding and solving the problem. I had couple of visits to Silu recently after moving from earlier service centre and I must say that I had an excellent experience at Silu with great service very experienced professionals such as Babu, Vipin, etc… All of the are very good and their diagnosis is very accurate. The service done is excellent and you really feel the smoothness while driving the car. No complaints at all and all good words only…

I really disappointed why I trust you to fix my 3 cars, especially the manager. All the 3 cars you fix is broken again. You just want to make money to your customer. you are feeding your family with evil deeds. I hope you will not get KARMA someday. Good luck to your next victims. Never go here, my mercedes cla was damaged coolant pump thermostat and other these people charged me as orginal price but after few month it got damaged so i switched another garage personally know person when they removed parts i found all the parts were used one which has been re painted and used big scam in parts be carefull pay extra somewere else make it worth your work
