The infrastructure is great. Our second office is currently here and the accessibility here is great for just a 7 floor office it has 6 lifts and 3 underground parking. And in general the place is quite big.

Good new commercial complex on science city road. Some of the Ground floor shops have been occupied and started business. Others expected to start soon. Ample parking space in front of the shop.

The parking area for two-wheelers is poorly maintained. There is a lot of standing water, and the noise levels are high, making it an uncomfortable place to park.

Bad experience with Avirat group in Silver brook. Next time I don't want to book property in Avirat group. Avirat group can not solve issue of their customers. Like "Nam bade par darshan chhote"!!!
