Silver Spring @ Rajyash City, Central Bopal

A great place to live in central Bopal, in modst of all the facilities around. The society has many amenities to get yourself luxury living. The community here is amazing where get together almost on daily basis, celebrate all the festivals with fun. All the socities, will have small issues, but the new committee is amazing and capable of sorting out issues and resolve them.

Good property. Management is doing best to run society. Cultural committee doing there best and everyone enjoying every festivals.

Despite repeated concerns raised by residents, the management continues to function in an irresponsible manner. Key problems include: Irregular water supply, which severely disrupts daily life. Unresolved parking allotment issues, leading to frequent confusion and inconvenience. Restricted or unclear usage of the common garden area, which should ideally be accessible to all residents. Frequent elevator breakdowns, causing major discomfort, especially for elderly residents and those on higher floors. We request the management to take immediate and concrete action to resolve these problems and ensure a more responsible and resident-friendly environment.

A well-managed society with an excellent management team, fostering a spirit of unity by celebrating all festivals together and promoting harmonious living.

It's an okayish propwrty, Property rates are there, But read entire review for clarification and insights, Pros: 1)rooms are good spacious,tiles,color used in appartment quality is also good, 2)wiring is futureproof you have fibre cable,cat5 cable and tv cable directly connected inside your appartments elec junction,which becomes way to convient and no hectic or loosy wires hanging. 3) amenities include gym(okayish),garden area,library,indoor zone and outdoor zone,community hall, are there. 4)lighting of appartment at ground floor is good 5)inverter there for outside appartment and lift not for appartments. Cons: 1) electricity provider is not torrent power but ugvcl so light cutts are there recently,so can't deny in moonson, 2)no commercial lift facility,so expect shifting your 3) biggest issue lies here: -1 is for visitor and -2 and -3 is for owners,but problem is no network reception there,can keep -1 and -2 for owners and -3 for visitors. 4)when anyone purchases appartment they will boast parking is huge but will hide that -2 and -3 doesn't have network and owners have to park there only. 5) security persons consider themselves as the builder and behave however they want. 6) theatre is there but expect it to be closed always. 7) there is multiple security guards but security management is worse. This are pros and cons, Do consider them before purchasing.

When I was looking for a spacious home purchase near Bopal, it was a big disappointment that there are no new residential schemes which could be worthy enough to spend money. My search ended at silver spring because of below reasons 1. It's in the heart of Bopal and almost everything is approachable by walking 2. TRP mall is just outside the building where you will find the presence of Major Banks like HDFC and major stores like Osia hypermart 3. Quality of construction material is really good example Astral pipes, Jaguar sanitary and Schneider electric fittings etc 4. Rooms are really spacious and 3 side open with a lot of open space inside the society common area 5. Finally the prices are on lower side compare to other builders who provide the same level of space and work Good luck

Poor management, lift is suddenly stopped working. I 3 times my self climbed 11 + 2 floors. I just afraid what could have happened in the emergency situation.

Silver Spring is an upcoming building project, currently under construction, in Bopal area of Ahmedabad. The scheme is designed for construction and sale of shops and residential Appartments. Possession is slated by Dec 2022.
