شرکت سیمان تهران در سال ۱۳۳۳ تحت شماره ۴۵۰۳ در اداره ثبت شرکت ها و مالکیت صنعتی تهران با سرمایه ۸۵ میلیون ریال به ثبت رسید، اولین واحد تولیدی آن در سال ۱۳۳۵ با ظرفیت اسمی ۳۰۰ تن در روز آغاز به کار کرد. طی سال های ۱۳۳۵ لغایت ۱۳۵۷ با احداث ۵ واحد تولیدی دیگر ظرفیت اسمی تولید شرکت به ۷۶۰۰ تن در روز رسید، از سال ۱۳۵۸ به بعد نیز ۸۷۰۰ تن به ظرفیت اسمی شرکت اضافه و ۹۰۰ تن ظرفیت اسمی مربوط به خطوط قدیمی واحدهای تر ۱، ۲ و ۵ به دلیل فرسودگی، آلایندگی و مصرف سوخت بالا از مدار تولید خارج گردید. هم اکنون شرکت سیمان تهران دارای ۵ خط تولیدی فعال با ظرفیت اسمی تولید ۱۳.۴۰۰ تن در روز می باشد Tehran Cement Company was registered under No. 4503 in 1333 under the registration number of Tehran Industrial and Industrial Property Registration Company, with its capital of 85 million rials.
