In general, you shouldn’t expect very high quality from places that offer buffet-style meals, whether it’s breakfast or lunch/dinner— unless they charge a significantly high entrance fee. We’ve had both good and bad experiences with Cicis Pizza. We visited several times for lunch and dinner, and most of the time the menu was complete and the food quality was acceptable. However, during the three times we went for breakfast, unfortunately on the last visit one of the breakfast items (the ruby omelette) seemed to have been prepared several days earlier, which resulted in food poisoning for me and my colleagues. به طور کلی، نمی‌توان از مجموعه‌هایی که وعده‌های غذایی یا صبحانه را به‌صورت سلف‌سرویس ارائه می‌دهند، انتظار کیفیت بسیار بالا داشت؛ مگر اینکه مبلغ ورودی قابل‌توجهی دریافت کنند. ما از سیسیز هم تجربه‌های خوب داشته‌ایم و هم بد. چندین بار برای ناهار و شام مراجعه کردیم که در اکثر مواقع، منوی غذا کامل و کیفیت غذاها قابل‌قبول بود. اما در سه مرتبه‌ای که برای صبحانه مراجعه داشتیم، متأسفانه در آخرین بار یکی از آیتم‌ها (املت رُبی) ظاهراً مربوط به چند روز قبل بود و همین موضوع باعث مسمومیت غذایی برای من و همکارانم شد.
