I have been a customer for a very long time and I can say for sure that they are the best fruits and vegetables supplier. I have visited the shop multiple times and ordered online as well, the quality never disappoints. Even when I have a concern with any of my orders, they always reply very fast and help me out with it immediately. I wish they had more branches, especially closer to trade center and Sheikh Zayed area. Always happy with their great staff and service 🙏🏼

Last night we bought some fruits from there and it was very bad The strawberries were slimy ,The peaches were moldy and bitter and could not be eaten And the apricot was hard and tasteless. The price became very high and quality very low .

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are unprofessional. Always try to over charge and send you rotten products. Unacceptable service as I placed order early morning to make sure I receive fresh product and this is what they sent me.

I ordered some fruits and beans, but the beans were not delivered. Additionally, the grapes they sent were not the variety I selected online. When I contacted them, they kept passing me from one person to another. Eventually, someone responded by saying, “No problem, we’ll deliver the correct one next time.” Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened. In a previous order, I requested melon, but again received the wrong item.

If I could I would give them zero. I’ve order 2 kg strawberries and upon delivery I’ve received only one. They change my order by themselves, with out even confirming with me, and send me strawberries that are double the price. They forced me to take the product and pay for it which I didn’t ORDER!!! While trying to sort out the problem, the shop didn’t have any to take any responsibility and help with the issue. In short, the shop’s behavior was unprofessional, misleading, and dismissive. I strongly advise against purchasing from this store as they fail to deliver as promised and take no accountability for their errors. The simply didn’t reply to my message and didn’t solve the issue.

I purchased several items yesterday — the fugs were so sweet, the small grapes were fresh, and the beach and small red cherry apples were absolutely delicious. I'm a regular customer and always appreciate the quality of your products. However, I hope you consider reducing the price of the cherry apples. At 25 Dhs per kg, they are quite expensive compared to other fruits. Aside from that, I highly recommend the shop for its freshness and variety. Thank you

Ordered from skmirjalili.com , I paid 140 AED for 2.5 KG of some green Plums as per the website , they delivered 1.9 KG (8x240gr packs with mixed large and small size) , money was paid already by our nanny when they delivered . I tried to call and WhatsApp them , they answered on WhatsApp once but then read and ignored my messages , this is a small amount and issue but integrity is important specially for those who do online business , I used to drive and buy from your shop regularly , now I wont anymore . My order Number was 21255 on 28th April and who ever was replying to WhatsApp and phone calls is not a reliable person at all . Disappointing....
