Amazing experience for their Iftar buffet, served very well and the food was excellent. Everything was beautifully arranged and the variety was really impressive. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Moreover, the team was super kind and helpful. Especially Shital — she was such a wonderful girl, assisted us with a special cake and truly made us feel extra special. Her warm and friendly service made our evening even more memorable. Akhil was also very kind and took wonderful photos and videos of us. We are super happy about it! It’s not often you find staff who go the extra mile like this. Overall, it was a lovely Iftar experience and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended 🤍✨

The perfect brunch spot by the river with fantastic wind throughout the day. Absolutely gorgeous atmosphere and really can’t complain! We came early November and then towards end of November. The restaurant has changed the way the buffet was presented, you pretty much get to the area to get your usual lamb chops, prawns and chickens and then you get to select live station pasta and pizza, then selection of chicken wings, spring roll, mutton samosa and selection of soups available to choose to compliment. Desserts were available for you to choose. Previously, we were served with main dish too but this was stopped when we came second time. When we paid, we were only told by the staff that we could ordered them and they can specially cook for us. Didn’t know about this. Though selections were not too many but with the price, it’s probably one of the value for money place to be. The bottomless alcohol beverages are definitely worth going. 3 hours of unlimited booze with the amazing weather.. amazing!

Beautiful place with an amazing view of the city. It’s a perfect spot for taking photos and videos. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing, with romantic background music. There’s plenty of space to walk around and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were friendly and polite. I was very hungry, and the waiter kindly noted this and prioritized our starter — it arrived within 5–7 minutes. We also ordered a meat platter, and it was unexpectedly delicious. I recommend having it with some Arabic bread or a salad. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and will happily visit again.

We are so happy the grill and chill event. Everyone should try grill and chill. Food and beverage are so amazing menu and service beverage are amazing than food . We enjoyed the food, the ambiance in this cold weather for our post christmas dinner. What I observed was, no one welcomed and asked if we have reservations. It’s us who informed that we have a reservation and just told us to find the seat and again we have to asked which table as mostly it has the reseved tag which is already dissappointing that they should guide us. We have an Entertainer and informed that we are going to use it and I’m not really sure if there are too busy to accommodate us so atleast let us know the rules to use the entertainer. Not to waste the time we chose and decided what to eat. We called the waiter and told him that we will use the 3 voucher. But then, instead of explaining it nicely he was so rude to explain that we can only use 2 voucher at the same time and we cannot bring the left over where he can say it in a nice way. Is that we are filipinos and you are not treating us right? Because of that one person who was rude, I gave 2 stars for the service. When it comes to food the lamp chops cost AED199 and its only 3 pieces. Is that the real portion for that price? Our overall mood changed because of how the food was presented and the taste was so good and knowing that its located in Al Seef we enjoyed the view. We wanted to thank the other waiters who assisted us as he is friendly and accommodated us very well and he always smile and the lady who took us a good photo.

I had the most lovely iftar at Skafos and I truly recommend it. The food was amazing; fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a perfect mix of Mediterranean dishes and Ramadan classics. Every plate felt carefully prepared and generous. The ambiance was just as memorable. The setting by Al Seef is so peaceful and elegant, especially at sunset. The lighting, décor, and soft music created a warm Ramadan atmosphere that felt both special and relaxing. The service was attentive and kind without being intrusive. Such a perfect place for a calm, cozy iftar with friends or family. I’ll definitely be coming back

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Skafos during a Saturday brunch. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The service was flawless, the food was incredibly delicious, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. They hosted a couple of fantastic live ccoking stations for grilled shrimps, chicken and lamb chops, along with a pasta station. The terrace by the creek side was amazing with such relaxing and beautiful views of the Creek. A very special thank you to Sabina, who made our visit even more memorable. She was extremely professional, welcoming and genuinely caring. Sabina helped us with the booking and took care of everything with great hospitality.

We came back for Iftar on Saturday, March 7th because we visited last year and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately this time we left quite disappointed. I’m not sure if we were just unlucky or if it’s related to the current situation in the UAE, but they didn’t have a lot of the items shown on the menu and on their Instagram reels. No falafel scotch eggs, no watermelon and feta salad, no butternut squash salad, (just some fattoush, tabbouleh and potato salad), makhani veggies without paneer, no guacamole, no samosas… the list goes on. And the dessert situation was even worse. Around 70% of the options were missing and nothing was being restocked. No kunafa, rice pudding, baklava cheesecake, crème brûlée, tiramisu, macarons… and there were no toppings at all for the pancakes. One highlight was the whole baked salmon, which was soft and really well cooked, and the grilled prawns. But apart from that the food was quite average and not really worth the price. It’s a shame because we genuinely loved this place last year and even brought friends with us this time, but they were disappointed too. For a Saturday evening there should have been much more variety, and the dishes should have been refilled regularly, especially the desserts. Sadly I don’t think we’ll be coming back :(

Following my previous disappointing visit, I was contacted by the manager, Mutthu, who offered a sincere apology. Rather than just making excuses for what happened on Saturday, he invited us back to experience the Iftar they are truly known for and I am so glad we accepted. From the moment we arrived, the entire service team was incredibly attentive, ensuring we were well-looked after throughout the evening without it feeling forced. This time, we were seated in the heart of the restaurant where the atmosphere was brilliant and the flow of service was seamless from everyone, especially Lachana (I could’ve misspelled his name, apologies). It is rare to see a venue take feedback this seriously. This experience really underscores the high standards of training that Hilton and Canopy instill in their staff. They didn't just fix a mistake, they won back a customer's trust. If you're looking for an Iftar where the team truly cares about your experience, Skafos and the entire crew have proven they can deliver.

Came here for my birthday and honestly loved it! The shisha was really good, and the staff surprised me with such a nice birthday celebration. Super friendly team and great vibes. Will definitely come back. Ali is the very nice waiter.

We came for brunch here and it was fabulous. The setting is so beautiful and all staff so friendly and helpful. Our waiter Parcitosh couldn’t have done more for us. We were never without a drink or clean cutlery. Food so tasty, we will definitely be back.

we had dinner in early may and it was still very comfortable eating outside and enjoying the fabulous view and atmosphere (one literally sit over water). food and ambience were outstanding. A big thanks to the waiters sabina and Akil, and especially to Ali the „shisha man“ 😊

Had Iftar at Skafos during Ramadan and it was honestly such a beautiful experience. The food was really good and everything felt well organized and comfortable. What makes it extra special is the location next to the sea. Breaking your fast with that peaceful view just hits different. The atmosphere feels calm and perfect for Ramadan evenings. If you’re looking for a nice place in town with an amazing view to open your Iftar, this place is definitely worth visiting.
