الاسعار مش احسن اشي بالنسبه للوقت وكمان إجراءات الاجار مزعجة وبدها وقت لاكن المكان حلو ورايق وانا شخصيا ما واجهت اي مشكله من ناحية السرعه والاصابات ، وكمان كان في خوذ للراس وحمايه للركُب وانت حر بدك تستخدمهم ولا لا ، والشباب متعاونين وخدومين

My experience with Sky Scooter was very disappointing and concerning, especially from a safety perspective. There are no safety measures in place — no helmets, no protective gear, and no proper guidance for beginners. If you don’t already know how to ride a scooter or maintain balance (it’s similar to riding a bike), you’re basically risking injury. Even worse, the riding area had no staff supervision. If you fall, you’re on your own. There were no visible staff members to guide or assist, and it felt completely disorganized. I waited for over an hour without clear communication, and the people managing the place didn’t seem professional or even officially recognized. In short, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a safe and enjoyable experience. They need to seriously improve their organization, staff training, and most importantly — prioritize customer safety.

تجربة سيئة للأسف. جربنا نشاط السكوتر وكان ممتع بالبداية، لكن للأسف ما وفروا لنا أي معدات سلامة مثل الخوذة أو واقيات الركب، مع إن هذا من أبسط أساسيات السلامة. أحد الأشخاص وقع وتعرض لإصابة وكان بالإمكان تفاديها لو تم توفير الحماية. أتمنى من الإدارة تتحمل مسؤوليتها وتراجع إجراءات السلامة، لأن حياة الناس مش لعبة

تجربة سيئة للغاية مع هذا المحل! لا يلتزمون بأي من إجراءات السلامة الأساسية في استخدام السكوترات، والنتيجة كانت إصابات كان يمكن تفاديها بسهولة. الأسوأ من ذلك أن تعاملهم عند إبلاغهم بالحادثة كان مستفزًا ومليئًا باللامبالاة، وكأن سلامة الناس ما تعنيهم! من غير المقبول أن يستمر مكان كهذا في العمل دون محاسبة أو رقابة. أنصح بشدة بتجنب التعامل معهم حفاظًا على سلامتكم وسلامة أولادكم

في البداية كنا متحمسين نجرب السكوترات الكهربائية، وكانت التجربة ممتعة أول دقائق، لكن للأسف الوضع تغير بسرعة. ما كان فيه أي معدات سلامة، لا خوذة ولا أي شي يحمي الركب أو الكوع، وهذا شيء خطير جدًا. الأغلب منا وقع وانجرح، ولما حاولنا نحكي مع المسؤولين وننصحهم يحسنوا الخدمة ويوفروا معدات أمان، كان ردهم سلبي وما تقبلوا النقد أبداً. بصراحة، ما بنصح أي حدا يجرب السكوترات معهم بهيك ظروف. السلامة أهم من أي متعة، والمفروض يهتموا أكثر بسلامة الناس قبل ما يفكروا بالربح.

I had a terrible experience with this scooter rental place. First of all, they didn’t provide any safety equipment — no helmets, no knee pads, nothing at all. The roads were full of bumps and cracks, and completely uneven — definitely not safe for scooters. What was supposed to be a fun ride turned into a disaster. We ended the trip with multiple injuries and a lot of regret. Not worth it at all

We had a terrible experience at this scooter place. The safety measures are seriously lacking, poorly maintained scooters and no proper guidance or protective equipment offered. Unfortunately, we ended up getting injured during the ride due to their negligence. To make matters worse, after the injury, they refused to refund the remaining balance for unused rides. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of care for customer safety and satisfaction. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very disappointed, poor service, and lack of organization we experienced during our recent visit. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were forced to wait over 45 minutes past our scheduled time with no clear communication or valid explanation. When we inquired about the delay, we were told that other individuals were being prioritized ahead of us because they had been "waiting"—even though we had also been waiting and had booked in advance. This completely undermines the purpose of making a reservation. To make matters worse, the staff member we spoke with was unprofessional and dismissive. They gave us an arbitrary timeframe for when we could expect to go, which turned out to be inaccurate. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a solution, they showed a poor attitude that only added to the frustration. The experience felt disorganized, unfair, and frankly, disrespectful to guests who planned ahead. We expected better service and accountability from your team.

Very disappointing experience. The place is not safe at all – poor organization, no safety measures, and the street is full of hazards. I ended up injuring my foot, my sister got bruised, and we all left with minor injuries. This is not acceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable time

تجربتي مع هذا المكان كانت سيئة للغاية، ولا أنصح أي شخص بزيارته، خاصة مع الأطفال أو المراهقين. التعامل من قِبل الإدارة والموظفين غير مهني، ولا يوجد أي اهتمام أو التزام بإجراءات السلامة والأمان. المساحة المخصصة للّعب غير صالحة إطلاقًا لاستخدام السكوترات الكهربائية، حيث تحتوي على مطبّات وعوائق خطيرة، مما تسبب في حادث مؤسف أدى إلى إصابات بالغة، شملت كسورًا في أماكن مختلفة من الجسم، وجروحًا عميقة استدعت تدخلاً جراحيًا وخياطة في المستشفى. المكان يفتقر إلى أدنى مقومات السلامة مثل وجود خوذ، تعليمات واضحة، إشراف منظم، أو حتى استجابة سريعة عند وقوع الحوادث. ما حدث يُعتبر إهمالًا جسيمًا ويشكل خطرًا حقيقيًا على الزوار. أنصح بتجنّب هذا المكان تمامًا حتى يتم تحسين معايير الأمان وتوفير بيئة مناسبة وآمنة للّعب.

سيء جدا ما بنصح حد يروح تعاملهم زي الزفت وبحسسوك انو وهما الدافعينلك فلوس مش انت انا رحت مرتين عليه والتجربتين اسوء من بعض

Bad experience! I paid 6 jds for 30 mins and got old scooter, slow, and you will hear a lot sounds during your ride, then the other day I discovered that 6 jds for the white newest scooter and 4 jds for the blue old scooter ! No honesty at all , not recommended!

سكوترات وموظفين واقعين من طيارة. ولا اشي بخص السلامة موجود والموظف انت وبتحكي معه بجواب بطريقة سيئة وبحملك جميلة ليه تسئلوا حتى بس توقع وتنزف لا إسعافات أولية ولا عيادة ولا اشي بخصها موجود بالليل (والسكوترات بكونو شغالين لسا). وفوق هذا كله المكان كلو مطبات مش مخصص للسكوترات ولا ١٪؜ (بتقلب بسهولة). سيئ سيئ سيئ❗️

Very very unsafe even if you know how to ride a scooter. Theres a bunch of speed bumps everywhere that are dangerous if you’re going 25mph and have to stop very quickly and urgently unless you wanna fly off. Theres is also the car that collects the scooters, which is very dumb because as i was stopping for the speed bump, the car was right in front of me and i had to jump off while the scooter was still going or else i would’ve hit the car. Very disappointed. Only giving it 2 stars not one because there was an adorable kitten that lives in that area.

معاملة سيئة لا يستحق التجربة ولازم يتسكر صاحبتي وقعت وما اشتغل معها البريك وانفتح راسها واصبعها ورقبتها وكلهم بدهم خياطة غير الاصابات الثانية وحتى فاين ما جابوا واجينا نوخذها عالسيارة نوديها على عيادة حكولنا تعالوا في عيادة بالمجمع واخذوها بالباص نزلوها عالعيادة وراحوا والعيادة طلعت مسكرة !!!!!وتركوا البنت لحالها ورجعت مشي ل اول المجمع بصراحة ما كانوا مبالين بالموضوع وحتى استغلوا الوضع واخذوا سكوتراتنا وصاروا يلعبوا فيها الناس الثانية!! ورح نشكي عليهم وياريت اي حد بيقرأ هالكومنت يشكي عليهم

Horrible and unsafe environment, especially with the useless staff and drivers, what type of transportation doesn't have a closed door while driving over the speed limit???

Most worse place to play scooters in Jordan There’s absolutely no safety at all. If someone falls or gets hurt, there isn’t even a first aid. A girl fell, and they only gave her wet wipes! For what ????? What can a wet wipes do ???? There wasn’t a single responsible person on-site to even check on the girl!

Very bad experience area is small and the workers let girls go first we reserved 6 scooters at 8 and got them at 9 very bad experience wouldn't recommend

They let all the girls go infront of us and he had a reservation and we didn't get them till 9

Bad experience, staff useless, not safe, and will not be coming back.
