Hi Friends I am happy to share my association with Skytop Builders, i have booked my Plot in Skytop Galaxy through my best friend Mr. Kumar Gowda (who is no more, i am indebted to him) got the site registration done. I had purchased a plot of dimension 40'x60' with SKY TOP BUILDERS (green city) in Survey No 94, Karakanahalli village, Yelawala Hobli, Mysore, was duly registered in 2009. To my surprise when I visited the site I was unable to locate my plot no.2 in survey no. 94 & was informed by SKY TOP builders MD Mr. Nagendra Prasad that the layout was not made at all. Also, the entire survey number and my plot has been reframed and is sold to a different person. My plot hence does not exist there physically. Upon enquiring the above status of my plot, they promised to return & refund the amount with interest from the date of registration. This exercise was done on Dec 2018 & till date I have been getting no assurance and only false promises over the phone. I understand that they have also vacated the office located at the above address and are absconding & staying in Kuvempu nagar, Mysore. We are now unable to trace them. Mr RaghuKumar, an employee with this builder who was earlier the point of contact for this, is also now avoiding our calls and is not traceable. Hence, I now being a senior citizen,residing in Bangalore has become very tedious for me to travel all the way to mysore everytime to follow-up. BEWARE !! DO NOT TO INVEST WITH THEM. THEY ARE CHEATERS.

We have bought a site at Skytop IT city Mysore. There was delay in the registration of site but there was good site value appreciation. Nice layout. We can invest without any doubts.

One of the worst developers I have seen. They never seem to complete any ongoing projects. The projects are just lying without any progress almost for around 8 to 10 years. It is not easy to resell the property also in the market because the project is far from completion so no buyers will come forward to buy. Never buy any property from this builder.

Since 2006 I'm struggling with the Skytop builders to get the site 60 X 40 each (2 sites) by paying 3.42 Lacs each. Now , they are not responding , whenever I go to their office they say , they will inform their MD , but they will not even provide the phone number . Now I am planning to go to the consumer court .to get the site.

One of the old and best developers in Mysore seeing their work done in BEML housing society which was developed by Skytop Builders & purchased one site with all the facilities in Srirampura beml layout Mysore & again invested in SKYTOP IT city attached to Vijaynagar 4Th stage which was priced for 450 rs per sqft,Project got delay due to some land owners dispute as told by office staff.. but happy finally registration got done for committed price. Thank you

The builder is not able to keep up his promise on the various developmental projects at Mysore.

Happy to have got a beautiful plot in Mysore through Skytop in their "Green City" project.

Not able to reach to skytop golf village team. I see slow progress and wanted to understand more

Worst service since 2006 I am struggling to get a site or refund of amount which i have booked in 2006.

Not delivered in time .many reminders reprimands required
