Here there is security no shop inside the complex but right outside of it on the other side of security. There’s a few shops where I can get most of the necessities and groceries you need. It is 150 m Road which is a bit far from central Hawler. Also, the houses are big cozy, some of the houses are amazing by appearance. But the electricity isn’t 24 seven, and there’s like some issues with toilets and stuff.

It is a very calm and quiet place, the houses are designed well and there is a nice park there. It is highly protected with security guards and only let you in if you own a house or calls the house if the house invites you. The only thing that made me rate it 4 stars is that there are no grocery shops there, Which is a problem for me honestly. I don’t live there but overall it’s a great place to stay in.

I highly recommend Slava city to anyone who wants to live in a nice, clean and safe area. The place is well looked after, it’s got a supermarket, hair salon, restaurant and gym all in walking distance. A big park for kids to play with 24/h water and electricity.

The most calm place in whole Erbil city, its very nice and the houses are made with taking green space very well taken into consideration. But maybe its expensive a bit
