We had a great experience and service at sleeping plaza sheikh zaid road dubai . I visited the store with my husband to buy a new pillow for him. We were met by a decent sales consultant Mr. George and we asked for technogel brand and checked all models but didn’t find the same thickness or firmness. Mr. George was so knowledgeable and helpful , he let us check different brands and when we didn’t find what we were looking for he suggested to bring the old pillow to the store and he will be able to know which type exactly we need. We came back with the old pillow and he was immediately able to spot on the type and model of the pillow and to find exactly what we were looking for. Such a great place and service and staff . Terrible Experience with Sleeping Plaza – Unfair Exchange Policy! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sleeping Plaza after purchasing a Technogel mattress from them. Just two days after my purchase, I realized I needed a different size. They agreed to do the exchange, but after taking the original mattress back, they suddenly claimed there was damage and refused to refund the price difference. What’s worse, they manipulate pricing—when you buy, the price is high, but when it comes to refunds, they try to lower the difference to pay you less. It feels completely dishonest and unfair. If you’re expecting good customer service and a fair exchange policy, stay away from Sleeping Plaza!

Sleeping Plaza is the best! Their team is professional, helpful, and truly knows their products. We got the most comfortable mattress ever—great quality and amazing sleep since day one. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this store. No need to go to other stores as they have a range of premium products and absolutely excellent, very professional and very friendly/warm staff. Angie and Rania, you are absolutely excellent. It was a pleasure meeting you and dealing with you both. Great place to buy your mattress and pillows , outstanding customer service by Carl. First I’ve chosen wrong pillow . It was not comfortable for me even thou it was a great pillow too, just not for my needs. After what , Carl recommended to me exactly what I need and since then no back pain or neck pain and amazing sleep . Highly recommend this place . They have good variety and high quality of products , great customer service . But prices a little bit high , however it’s justified by the quality of products . One thing you don’t wanna compromise on is a good sleep.

Great experience! I went to get an idea about the pillows. I’ve been using Tempur for more than a decade but unfortunately lately it hasn’t given me the right support. Salim at Sleeping Plaza was very helpful, he explained to me the differences between different pillows, made me try them, explained how the neck needs to be positioned and helped me select a new one. It was a great choice! I’ve been sleeping much better since! They also have beautiful beds, great quality that I totally recommend. Worth a visit, it may change your life!

I purchased double mattress and had an amazing experience, then needed a single mattress and of course I wouldn’t look anywhere else. The service is extraordinary, timeliness, guidance and the help is incredibly great. Excellent service!! I want to do a special mention to Carl who was always trying to help us, answering the phone even during his day off. They help us to find the best mattress according to our body type and the delivery was in less than 24 hrs. I really recommended them.
