I have had a worse experience in the room. Where I have been there for 2 days, the reason I checked out from the room is that in the bathroom, on behalf of a bucket, they kept a asian paint 20-liter bucket and said to use it. It's very embarrassing.

No manners to talk to the customers. Worst experience ever. Booked 2 rooms for the family and when we arrived here they told rooms are sold out and No rooms are available if you come after 12pm. We were with senior citizens and at night we had no stay. They sell your rooms for higher price if you are late. And then when we questioned the guy at the reception was so rude that he didn’t even care that I’m a female. Please never ever even try to visit this place. And I kindly request the owner of this place to kindly get some polite staffs to the reception as you are into a hospitality business.

The worst place to opt for. I booked 2 rooms through @OYO and once I reached the reception guy said the rooms are not available which I booked for with half payment already done! He offered me deluxe rooms which costed extra,and told me to go away if I didn't opt for deluxe room. He rejected to even talk to the OYO helpline when I made a complaint. I don't want to give even a single rating, rather I'd give it in -minus ratings if those were available. The staff doesn't know how to talk! Extremely poor mannered!! Please never book your stay here. And please O sln suites owner, don't copy and paste the same replies you've given to others...I might come and shut your gate after that myself.

Service is very poor. Specially the manager is not helpful at all. Also he asks Daily for day to day room rent which is not expected from a good chain hotel. Also he helped our uber driver (from hotel to Airport) to cancel our trip without even informing us. Last time when we were here, the manager was different and service was also very good. We are very frustrated this time.

Guys if you are looking for this Room booking for via any platform i recommend you to drop your plan please. The management was worst and the men who sitting in the reception is not even fitt to sit in that place. They don't know how to treat their customer. Please management of this apartment kindly teach the reception guy that how to behave with the customer. The overall rating is -5.

One of the worst places Ive ever stayed. 1. Useless staffs 2. They gave me a room where staffs stay. 3. Unclean toilets 4. No power 5. No lock was working 6. Staffs were making noise that I couldn’t get any sleep. Genuinely a disgrace for this industry-

I saw that the pictures and reviews of the hotel were all good 3month review good. I thought it would be good. I booked one room . When I reached there he was asking me for some more money And I did not like the that boy behaviour he was so rude. so plz whenever you book this hotel plz check once this is request for everyone and plz don't believe picture. and rooms are very bad smell 👃.

They are cheats. I booked an oyo, the owner checked me in room another room on oyo app but gave me room 001. This was filthy poor room (partly used as store-refer photo of advance receipt and boxes in cupboard) by them and poorly kept toilet. The washroom was outside the room. Very unsafe if i would have been with family. Within an hour I realized and demanded he gives me the correct room. He blatantly refused and told me to inform oyo. He even tried to instigate me. I kept my calm and promised myself to post this online.

One of the worst Hotel In Bangalore under OYO on 11th Feb 2021. When we arrived after 9 hours of Journey with elder parents and 2 year old Kid, manager denied our check in stating i need to pay. I said i paid through OYO and showed the reference number. Due to some fault in his network, he did not get the booking and after 1 hour i spoke to OYO and sorted out to ensure i dont end up in paying two times. Hotel manager was literally arrogant and he said i booked the Rs. 4K room for Rs.3k through OYO. He told OYO is a cheater and i should never book through OYO or Booking.com and i should book only by calling the hotel directly. He said there are lot of criminal cases against OYO and booking.com and i should never trust them. It's shame to see he was creating bad image for OYO and booking.com. Also the way in which he spoke to ladies was not good and he was saying very bad languages against them. Also he gave 2 rooms and both the rooms were used by the people working in the hotel (Ground floor, behind the service desk) and one room did not have wash room inside which is pathetic. I could see lot of cigarattes, liquor bottles in both the rooms and the window was opened no option to close it. Both the bed had bad stains and he said this is how i get rooms if i book through OYO or booking.com. I was about to travel next day early morning and i couldn't do anything. I was awake all day and left early. Most pathetic thing happened that day was he was showing 2 rooms and told he cannot give that since i paid through OYO/booking.com. Manager attitude is really bad and he dont know how to respect customers , especially ladies and elderly people. Bloody worst experience. Please don't stay ever in this hotel with ladies/families/elderley people. Very bad experience and not even 1 star. OYO please take action if possible, i can share all the details if required. Just remember how ladies will sleep in that hotel if the windows cannot be locked and with liquor bottles in bathroom and other bad things.

Dear Management, We have booked room from Oyo on 18th Nov 2022, however your staff is not ready to provide room, later we discussed and pay extra amount of Rs.450 and took the room. Later we contacted OYo they are ready to refund of Rs.450, but your staff is not ready to provide bill of Rs.450. And your staff manners is worst, believe us one of the worst experience.

I will give 0 star if available. Once we book from OYO, after arrival manager will tell that room is not available at all the price booked. OYO ha cheated you, if you want room pay Rs.1200 instead of Rs.550/- (OYO shows rs.550/- room price while booking. Manager will not give you room unless u pay him Rs.1200/-. No bill invoice, no credit note provided for money you pay. This place is fraud...dont book. Rooms are very tiny especially bathrooms are so small that hardly any place. Horrible hotel.

By far the worst experience with oyo or any hospitality service,paid 949rs for 1 night stay and opted for early check in and was informed there will be additional charges upto 30 %.I arrived at 8 am and the owner was sleeping and didn't have any professionalism or even common courtesy. He greeted me while he was still in bed and he handed me a calculator which he calculated the early check-in prices to be 750rs.He didn't even explain how he calculated this much and was not backing down,I contacted oyo multiple times to resolve this and they weren't getting anywhere with it either. And while I was trying to contact oyo in the so-called lobby/car park of the hotel the owner told me stand outside of the property and I couldn't just wait in the fricken lobby until check in time at 12, I demanded a refund he refused and continued arguing with me which get very heated. Honestly this owner shouldn't be anywhere near the hospitality business and is a disgrace and kept on downgrading oyo by blaming them for the issue

I had book 2 room at this property for my In laws and my family with 2 kids .. which I paid and I got confirmation email . I arrived property @ 3:00 am and persons in Reception name Gowda refused to give room and asked me to cancel .. tell complain in OYO .. as I was with kids and old age I had asked to to give me my room but he refused and was rude . And he asked me for RTPCR tests which I already had as we were travelling to Australia tonight .. after seeing that he again dint provide rooms .. I don’t know what kind of Suites they are Running .. with horrible attitude .. I have logged complain agains this property in tourism department and also will spread this property experience all over social media .. good luck for u Bussiness..

Very Bad Experience, have booked for 3 days and while checking in they denied check in and said sold out all rooms in black at the time of 5 AM and asking to call oyo customer care, he can not do anything. Before the days I called and informed him that I ll br there by mngg and he said ok at that time

One of the worst hotel in Bangalore. Staff has no manners how to talk with Guest . Hotel owners threats us if you don't listen they will lock us in room and beat. Be careful before you book ... I never recommend anyone

Cheaters*** Booked 2 rooms via OYO when reached for check in, they say no rooms are booked. The manager thought he was the Bangalore minister and we asked his kidneys free of cost. Don't Book this property if you read this. @OYO, seen so many apologies in every comment, if you can't run this property please shut down the contract with them.

Booked online, Property manager refused to check-in and said he won't give stay Oyo rates. Customer care rep was also not helpful. Waste hospitality model

I wanted to give zero stars for the place , they had given their prices very low in online just to get customers and once you're there they will ask more money to get a room.. They asked me 1500 for a single ro which doesn't even have an attachment washroom. Staff behavior is not nice , and they don't provide you anything, Please don't book here
