Staff is clueless about proper information of the pets my kid was literally laughing at their explanation. and a bit pricy. But they do have a good collection of exotic pets for purchase.

تجربة سيئة جدًا. تم تأكيد توفر شاغر لخدمة فندقة القطط يوم أمس، وعند حضوري اليوم وفي وقت حرج انتظرت أكثر من نص ساعة، بعدها العامل بلغني فجأة إنه لا يوجد شاغر. العامل في المحل غير مطّلع ولا يوجد أي تنظيم أو تنسيق. صحيح أن المحل يوفّر خيارات متنوعة من حيث المنتجات، لكن من ناحية الخدمات للأسف يوجد تأخير وعدم مصداقية بما في ذلك خدمة الجرومنج، وهذا الشيء واضح من كثرة شكاوى العملاء. عدم احترام وقت العميل خط أحمر.

Fake promises, Yesterday I visited the shop to buy sun conure. I asked price online he told me 49.000 omr and give me 47.000 . Then i call and ask to him for discount he told me he will do. When i reached there , the shop guys told me 55.000 omr last. I came from nizwa to buy this only. Then he said 55.000 last. Then the owner came who I contacted before. He came an told me 55.000 last . Then i told him the matter he told me 47.000 At that time he tell me take for 47.000

A decent shop with a good variety of birds, from small finches to colorful parrots. The cages were mostly clean, though some could be better maintained. The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable about certain species and their care. Prices were reasonable, but some accessories felt a bit overpriced. The shop also had a decent selection of bird food and toys. If you’re looking for a pet bird, it’s worth a visit, but I’d recommend doing your own research to ensure proper care. Overall, an okay experience with room for improvement.”
