We had a wonderful time yesterday! Thank you for arranging everything. The trip was smooth. Plus we get to see the majestic dolphins. Their team were accommodating and friendly. The activities were fun. The food was okay, could be improved. There were snacks served during the time we're heading to the location for our activities. Lunch will be served by 1 PM and it's not allowed to eat inside the bus so better eat before the pick up. There's life vest provided for everyone, so don't worry in case you don't know how to swim.

4 stars For the organization of Team and the coordinators It was great experience They cared about us every one to be safe , the places we visited was really great Only the programme is missing to visit oman waterfalls. The team was very friendly energetic and helpful The negative thing is regarding the hotel When i booked they told me u will get triple room with all the facilities When we arrived there the room was only double Although i was informed by pleasant tours that they have done the requested up grade and they charged me extra money over the trip price for this upgrade. When i complained the hotel just added one extra sofa with the two beds Which was if very bad quality and non comfortable at all And there was no support from the organizers regarding this issue. We struggled to fit as 3 people in double room Second is for the food it was not good at all and not fitting different cultures

We (a group of 18, family and friends) had an amazing trip to Georgia which was wonderfully organised by Smart Travel. Special thanks to Mr Abraham of Smart Travel who worked closely with us from the beginning till the end. Covering cities Tbilisi & Kutaisi, Points of interests like Kazbegi-Gudauri-Ananuri, the Kahheti wine region and finally the old town of Sighnaghi, the tour was both fulfilling and seamless for us. The meticulous planning and execution by the tour coordinators paid off. Most commendable factor of our tour was the local tour coordinator Ms Yia, who was very keen to share all about Georgian history and culture, and most importantly speaking fluent English. Shoutout to our cool driver Ramo who drove us around safe & sound and was very friendly. We were very happy with The hotel accommodation arranged by Smart Travel, which was comfortable and well placed in town centre. The food (and wine) joints they took us were just right and gave us a unique culinary experience. Looking back, such a packed tour felt smooth and easy and got us rejuvenated. We shall miss many things - The beautiful landscapes of Georgia, The amazing time we had. Yia and Ramo, who quickly became part of our big family, and all these memories shall be in our hearts forever. Once again, a big thanks to Smart Travel Team.

We booked morning trip to Musandam with them. The trip Cordinators were very proactive and informed us everything very well. They gave lot of reminders to about timings, things that needs to be carried and kept following up until we boarded the bus. The driver too was very helpful by call us in advance so that we don't miss the bus. The whole trip was very well planned so that there is no delay at the check points morning and also while returning back. The Dhow was very good, tidy, and spacious. The Cordinator at the dhow was also super active, kept us engaged in activities and site seeing. We had few activities like beach swimming, sea swimming, snorkeling, speed boat ride, banana boat, kayaking. They had proper life jackets for all the guests. Usually we don't get good food in such packages, but their food was very good more than that we expected. They had plenty of food so that everyone gets enough food to fill their tummy. I would definitely recommend Smart Travels to all my friends and families. ❤️

We had a great time on 22nd nov. Everything was good. Boating, fishing, speed boating, kayaking and banana boating. We celebrated our company program on the same day along with the cruise and activities. Food was OK. Enjoyed a lot; Kudos to smart travel team.
