I sincerely thank Dr Vijay Saxena sir and the entire hospital staff for their excellent care and support during my mother’s treatment for brain stroke Dr Saxena is highly skilled calm and very supportive always guiding us with patience and confidence. His timely treatment helped my mother recover well The staff is very disciplined caring and attentive ensuring comfort and proper care at every step. The hospital environment is clean and well-managed. We are truly grateful for their dedication and kindness during such a difficult time. Smart City Hospital is good but the staff here is not good at all and neither do these people have the manners to speak and Your hospital guard, Mrs. Hemlata ji, does not know how to speak at all. Please, I request the owner of Smart City Hospital to teach your staff how to speak.

Money making factory, No value for money. Greedy Doctors and staff. For simple lab test, the charges are 3 times more than the regular charges. Pharmacy medicine will only be provided at MRP. You won't find these medicines outside anywhere.

Hi, I recently had the pleasure of visiting hospital Smart City Bhopal for my mom's arthritis treatment and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional care and service we received. The hospital facilities were modern , clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable environment for patients. Smart City hospital neet & clean stap behaviour is good

Hospital is under tieup with one of the India's largest public sector institute but unfortunately during the health check up under tieup facility reception staff not aware and also pathalogy staff misguided for obtaining reports second day, I reached for collection of report after said day but at that time attender of pathology department,not aware about such type of report and also inquire many information about giving sample of blod. My first experience is very bad about such type of treatment. So we care.

Worst Hospital in Bhopal with the worst health care professionals who are not fit to be even called humans and are a bunch of greedy people. The hospital has only 5 physicians Dr Ashok,Dr Gupta,Dr Pritesh,Dr Inder Raaj and Dr Dangi who are running the hospital and the entire nursing staff is hopeless.The hospital is the worst in Bhopal

Best hospital in Bhopal, Dr and staff are very friendly, treatment is available with Ayushman card.

I had to visit in emergency and doctor available on duty for casualty was very helpful and pro. His instructions and quick medication helped me to recover. The male nurse was very cooperative. PS- other staff members who were walking in the casualty room was very loud and not considered for patients which was very disturbing.

Very co-operative team. My dada Ji (Pateint) was very satisfied with everyone behaviour, from cleaning staff to all the way upto doctor's and Directors. ICU staff (Prithvi, Sathish, Ashish, Rajni, etc.) is very reliable and take care of patients on hourly basis. Highly recommended for others. Even General ward is excellent.

There are many plus points that i see in this hospital like 1. Proper cleaning of floor ,washroom and the patients bed. 2. Nursing staff is very interactive, helpful and always help you with a smile . 3. Doctor visit patient 3-4times daily after the completion of the operation to check the patient condition .

First preference for this hospital, I recommend if you search for good hospital, good staff, and no need to any quary.

Doctors and treatment are good. Good hospital.. somehow unsatisfied with the interruption of watchmen staff and also due to the lack of knowledge of nursing staff regarding the patient (that's why not giving full rating). But, overall, everything is good.

Nice hospital with good doctor and nursing staff. My wife admitted here for dengue treatment and they care very good with proper diagnosis. Dr. Vijay Saxena, Dr. Dhirendra and TPA manager done good job. Thanks

In depth review - My overall experience at SCH. Before hospitalisation: We have been suggested by our consulting doctor to get treatment in SCH, Bhopal for the Pacemaker Implantation. I was concerned and visited the hospital before admission to see the services and facilities. Happy to see the very well organised departments and experienced staff appointed to handle our queries. My first interaction was with the security team at the gate and the parking area- the team guided me very well to get me to the reception area. No doubt the team at reception was super helpful and provided me with the best support for all my initial queries. I was redirected to the TPA related to some of my questions and I really appreciate the help Mr. Israr and his colleague provided. All my further questions related to the hospital charges and hospital visit were perfectly handled by the lady at the billing desk (sorry I forgot to ask her name but really convinced by her overall support and very clear explanation about every service and facility). I appreciate her Calmness. I really can’t miss to highlight my short meeting with Dr. Vijay Saxena (Director SCH) assured me the best treatment at the Hospital. As I was totally convinced by the overall support received by the wonderful staff, we decided to get admission for the treatment. Admission day: The admission process was super smooth and quick. No unnecessary paperwork saved our time. During and after Hospitalisation: The review is incomplete without the special mention for Ms. Afeera Naeem the operation manager at SCH. Because of her overall support throughout our stay at SCH, made me pen it down to express our appreciation and gratitude towards her and the hospital. Ms. Afeera was super quick in providing us all necessary guidance and helped us a lot from day 1 to discharge day and during all our follow ups with the hospital.During our stay, everyday she followed up personally about the patient's health and checked if we may need anything. The implantation was successfully done on time without any complications. Big credit to Dr. R.K Singh and team. During pre and post implantation- The nursing and the support staff was super efficient and provided the much needed comfort and took care of the patient very well. Duty doctors visited us daily on time to check the health and guided the staff based on the patient feedback. We are thankful to the house keeping staff as well to maintain the cleanliness of the premises making a safe place for us following the covid protocols and for responding every time to our calls when we need them. Security and all the other supporting staff teams also had maintained complete Professionalism. Canteen can improve by adding more food options. Overall everyone did their job perfectly hence we highly recommend SCH for your treatment. Keep the good work team. :)

Experience was very good best gynecologist dr. Falguni tiwari she is the biggest supporter through out visits us various times and at the time of discharge SCH team gifted us with wonderful gifts for the baby n had celebration on discharge day we are going with wonderful memories n respect by the doctor and by the staff .. we loved the stay

Pathetic unmannered staff culture and maintenance, I’m yet to see a hospital having such staff with zero zest of Hospitality. I have been there from a reference but was shocked to witness hospital empty with just handful of patients; given the fact that they are are primarily here to treat people with needs but did not witness anything like that. Don’t want to narrate particular events which would eventually shock your conscience but rather recommend straight up NO.
