We had a 4-hour cleaning for the living room, bathroom, and both bedrooms, kitchen and everything was spotless. She was extremely kind, professional, and paid attention to every detail. The house felt fresh and comfortable afterward. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend!

The quality of the cleaning was far below average, very bad actually. How can a one-bedroom apartment be cleaned properly in less than one hour?! The bedroom was “finished” in just 10 minutes and the kitchen in 12-15! This clearly shows the work was rushed and careless. Had to ask the cleaners multiple times to redo several areas, yet they still considered the job completed within an hour (although I requested the 2 hours service) On top of that, the experience with the office was completely unprofessional. The cleaners arrived about an hour late, and went to the wrong address despite receiving clear and detailed instructions.

Very disappointed with their service. The work was not clean at all compared to the high prices they charge. The team left before completing the assigned job. When we called the company, they said the staff could leave if they wanted. Only after I refused to pay did the supervisor return with two workers — but by then I had already arranged another cleaning company. Completely unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Not even a star, ZERO. They’re either VERY late, change my booking without even contacting me, or no one shows at all!!!!! And they always tell me that the technician went into an accident and can’t come 😑😑😑😑😑😑. I booked 10 times and only once someone showed up, and the service was not even good. Also, the customer service is so bad. They take forever to answer. I literally spent HOURS listening to their bad song, and no one picks up. It’s really bad, I would never recommend.

Customers must be proactively informed if a booking is cancelled due to staff unavailability. I rearranged my schedule for the cleaning, only to discover—after following up—that the appointment had been cancelled without notice, resulting in wasted time and frustration.

Absolute worst customer service. Arrived 1:30 hours late, was charged for the cleaning supplies and they showed up without vacuum. Customer service unresponsive. on call waiting over 30 mins, email sent, WhatsApp sent and still no response and hung up call. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

If you like low cost service you will like low quality service. I had a very bad experience. They were slow. They acted finishing the work when I checked it was rubbish. I do not recommend. Management is not taking responsibility of the quality so they will put responsibility on the worker. It's a no go

Amazing service, we will definitely use them again. Very happy with the guys how they carefully handled all our stuff, with care and left everything clean and did all the drilling and installation again in the new apartment. Raised their prices by 20% in just a few months, showed up 40 mins late, and left so many parts of the apt uncleaned. Didn't even bother to vaccum the carpets, wipe down mirrors, or clean under appliances.

Worst service, no time management. Wasted my whole day. They committed to arrive at 5:30, then said 6:00, and at 6:00, they still asked for more time. The customer service lady also told me that she is not a driver to commit to an exact time, which shows poor service management. Disappointed.

Very sad about it, first and last experience , the maid came late and 3hours she couldnt even clean a room perfectly just vacuum the middle of the room and wiping a table for second room only washing dishes and end up time is over time is over my driver is here !!!! I was really suprised we already finish only 2hours where is the third one, i told her i have no problem to pay more hours just stay until u finish cleaning she was like no time is already gone , i got upset and i told her we still have one hour in our deal . Believe me in that hour she didnt do anything acting verrry very slow and she wanted to go and keep the floor dirty i told her at least clean the room floor and she end up cleaning it with a dirty mop 😞 why why ?? I toke the mop from her and clean it by my self and give it back and i told her why u clean with a dirty one , she kept quiet calling her boss , madam is mad in Hindian Language and saying she finished everything already. I did work hardly in that 3hours like i didnt even bring a maid to help me while i am tired. This is first and last with Smile Handy and i really hope better cleaners for other clients

Brilliant. I had a deep clean service as I was moving out. They did a superb job, the apartment looks new. They were also very nice, happy and just comfortable to have in my home. They worked hard and worked fast. They also worked with me as I had a delay with moving out so they changed times for me, very helpful.

This was my first time trying their cleaning services so I want to make a special shoutout to Martha and Juliet. The girls were very thorough and considerate. Super friendly as well! With the dust gone, I can finally breathe again! Thank you, ladies! I only had one issue. It was that they arrived 1 hour later than the agreed upon time. Other than that, fantastic job! Thank you again and hope to see you again! :)

Best cleaning service with reasonable price,anisha and haja did amazing service and didn't leave the house except they clean every single edge and they made sure i am satisfied they worked in a professional and organised way i highly recomment smile handy and anisha and haja

No staff showing.. No one answer the call despite being on a call for 6 mins and replied from email. No response in what's app. Very very bad and disappointing management.

The team was very cooperative. Work done is pretty good
