The pre training preparations were good. The PPT they were doing was not provided for future reference they were telling to see video for that but most of the materials were available on net. Some hands on session were done on cloud environment but they should have provided that environment for users for 5 to 10 triels or 1 to 2 months. As there are may participates per session the session were not self pased. The amount they charge is bit on the high. Ppt on the cloud for some protocol were missing after informing them yet they have not updated. It will give a jump start for learners for sure. The Google group community is active and good.

This is one of the horrible software I have ever used.. I purchased whatsapp business API and CRM from them, the software is riddled with bugs.. Basic features and functionality itself is not working.. I would strongly suggest everyone to refrain from using this, instead please go for some reputed companies..
