All those hype didn't go in waste! Well flavoured and well textured softy. Totally fell in love for the filter coffee softy and also liked the cereal milk ice cream. Thats another fan favourite to try. We also tried other desserts, they were good but those tasted normal, can't say excellent.

Found this place on a whim when looking for dessert options nearby. Tucked away and adjacent to Mexe, this spot is hard to miss, but I'd say it's worth a try. The French Way Sundae is quite unique, was served witha piping hot shot of espresso. Essentially a deconstructed affogato but done well, with caramel icecream and garnished with croissant bits. I thoroughly enjoyed the sundae, although I feel the price is quite exorbitant for what it really is. Definitely worth a try, not somewhere you'd come regularly to grab dessert though.

Visited this place recently to explore their wide range of ice creams and desserts, and it turned out to be such a fun and flavourful experience 🍨✨. They have an impressive variety that keeps you tempted from the moment you walk in. I tried their Filter Coffee Ice Cream, French Bay, and another flavour whose name I forgot — but it had blueberries and raisins, and it was absolutely delicious 😋🍇. The Filter Coffee Ice Cream was the star for me ☕🍦 — rich, creamy, and perfectly capturing that classic South Indian filter coffee taste. If you’re a coffee lover, this one is a must-try. The French Bay had a smooth texture with balanced sweetness, making it super refreshing on a hot day 🌤️🧁. The blueberry–raisin flavour was unique and packed with fruity bursts in every bite, giving both sweetness and tanginess at once 🍇✨. What I loved most is that the desserts here aren’t overly sweet — they strike a nice balance, so you can enjoy more without feeling heavy. The ambience is simple yet warm, making it a great place to chill with friends or treat yourself after a long day 🍃😊. Overall, definitely worth a try if you’re anywhere nearby. Great flavours, great variety, and totally satisfying! 🍨💛

I have wanted to try their filter coffee softie for a long time now, ever since I saw it on Instagram. The best part was the presentation... The filter coffee softie came in a dabara set and the filter coffee made it taste really good. It was creamy and had a nice texture. I also tried their carrot cake, which was okay but cost more. They also have a wider range of softies For sure would try other flavours next time 😉 But all the items in the menu are quite expensive 🫰🏻

I've been here thrice and the reason behind that is I'm a sucker for softy. The first time I went here early evening, the softy was great - especially in terms of consistency and texture. Cereal milk was really good. Though chocolate is my favourite flavour, it didn't hit the mark for me. Vanilla was great to my surprise. Salted butter caramel was just good. The second time, I took my friends along, the texture and consistency were both not in place and the chocolate flavour didn't taste as good as before too. Hopefully things get better :) My recent visit was great + the pistachio and strawberry softy was my absolute favourite! Loved the flavours and hope it's available more.❤️💯..

My favourite MUST TRY is their Biscoff Cake (Not the cheese cake, thats an imposter). All was well and good until one unfortunate day, they DISCONTINUED it. I now frequent their outlet or at-least pass by it everyday in hope of catching a glimpse of their biscoff cake through the glass window expecting it to show up some day but alas, it’s never to be seen. At this point, it’s a mere fragment of my memories long gone but my taste buds still remember it. Yet the staff maintain an absolute poker face and refuse to acknowledge such a thing ever existed. P.s. if the baker or the outlet owner sees this review, please bring this item back to your menu. P.p.s. To others reading this review, it’s a great spot with great food. Do visit. Update : They brought back the cake! And displayed it on top of other cakes like a boss. Lovely Gesture. Btw keep it coming.

Note: Everything on the Soft Serve menu is quite pricy. Tastes are pretty good. **Soft serves** 1. Cold coffee 4/5 It was good but very expensive 300 compared to a lot of other places that offers the same. 2. We had gotten in house complimentary dessert which is the tiramasu. It was good as well. Didn't except a big tiramasu as a complimentary item. By the way we were eligible for the dessert due to the booking made via district app.

Nice place hang out for desserts featuring a good menu, tucked away in a calm residential area, yet very accessible. No signature desserts but just the vibe of the place attracts a lot of young crowd.

Third time to this outlet and consistently disappointed… The overall quality of the ice cream is average. Ordered the strawberry soft serve considering strawberries are in season but what you see is NOT what you get…

One of the best places in Chennai to get soft serve ice creams. I came across this while searching for soft serve society in London. So glad that I did. Such a large collection of freshly churned ice cream. High quality. Definitely expensive but worth the price.

I had a very disappointing and unethical experience at this outlet. This is a pay-and-dine setup. I placed my order, was told the final amount, and paid it via GPay. Only after payment, when the bill was handed over, I noticed that a 10% service charge had been silently added. There was no prior intimation, no visible notice, and no verbal confirmation. As per consumer guidelines, service charge is not mandatory and must be disclosed upfront. Adding it without consent is a clear unfair trade practice. When questioned, the staff openly said they do not inform customers explicitly. I was also told the service charge cannot be refunded immediately and that I should follow up on Monday. I was given the store manager’s contact (Kumaresan), but the number did not respond. This is not about ₹60. It is about transparency, ethics, and consumer rights. I will continue to pursue this through all available means and will not let this go until the refund is processed. Extremely disappointed. I strongly advise customers to verify the bill before paying, and the management to correct these practices if they value customer trust.

Absolutely amazing soft serve. The creator is also the head chef of Mexe. Not a fan of Mexe’s food, but I am a huge fan of the soft serve. I came here 3 weeks in a row. The level of attention to the flavor combinations is commendable and the quality of ingredients used is extremely high. There is a good balance of hard and soft, in terms of the sauces and crunchy elements. Service is also very helpful and friendly. I came here with very low expectation, as the ice cream quality in many establishments except for Les Ami, has so far been subpar. I am so glad I gave the place a visit. A wonderful place to take friends and family and a perfect end to a meal. TLDR; It’s well worth the price for the high quality ingredients used, great flavors, and portion size. Le Amis provides 2 scoops for 250 something. For a bit more , you get a decent quantity for two to share and a lighter and creative flavor experience. 4/5 Not sure of the name- one with chocolate and the cereal milk soft serve. It also had cookie bits. I enjoyed the cookie bits immensely. They tasted like a carmelized blondie brownies. They were chewy and delicious. 4/5 The biscoff soft serve uses real biscoff cookie butter. The usage of the cookie butter is generous. Dare I say too generous as it overwhelms the vanilla. I actually want to be able to taste the Madagascar vanilla bean soft serve. The whole biscoff cheese cake is cut up into chunks. 3.5/ 5 strawberry shortcake - Wish this had some fresh strawberries and not just jam. The jam is excellent. There was only one small and plain tasting jars biscuit. The taste and quantity of the biscuits could have been vastly improved. This flavor allowed me to start realizing the taste of the vanilla and appreciate the Madagascar beans. Don’t mix the jam in or else it will taste very jammy. 3/5 Netflix and chill - the popcorn is not that great and the Carmel sauce that is coating the popcorn can also be improved. The brownie bites are fluffy and were very good, but the cookie bites are better. The salted Carmel flavor was masked by the chocolate soft serve. 3/5 S’mores - The strawberry flavoring was unnecessary. I swapped it out for cereal milk instead of the original chocolate soft serve. Sometimes they put way too much chocolate elements- chocolate soft serve, chocolate brownies and on top of that chocolate sauce and fudge sauce in their soft serve combinations. If you are a fan of chocolate that will be wonderful. I felt like the chocolate soft serve would mask the cookie bits. The main reason why I wanted to try this was for the cookie bits and s’mores is such a nostalgic flavor. The cereal milk complemented the cookie bits perfectly. The cereal milk tastes like straight milk with a bit of sugar and has been whipped and frozen. Not a fan of this flavor on its own. It acts as a good neutral base for other elements. I’ll be dreaming about you Madagascar vanilla and cookie bits!

Soft serve has started sunday brunch and we really loved the food there. All the dishes are super exclusive and was very refreshing to see all new menu. First place in Chennai to serve icecream for breakfast/ brunch. Eggs from around the world was amazing, since we were a group we tried all of them. My favourite was waffle with chicken fry. Love the ambience and service too!

Had (1) Netflix and Chill And (2) Rockiest Road Both very very good, however I don't think the Quantity and Taste justifies the price tag - too pricey IMHO. Service was very good and they accommodated our request to remove the egg items from the ice cream. When I received the bill, I noticed the service charge - when questioned they promptly removed it from the bill. I didn't have table service to pay the service charge. Appreciate their response.

The soft serve at Soft serve co. is undeniably delicious, offers a creamy texture and rich flavors that are hard to resist. I particularly enjoyed their new menu and the quality of their ingredients, which truly set them apart. I also tried their New York style chocochip cookie, it was good too. However, the pricing here is on the higher side compared to similar offerings elsewhere. While the taste justifies the cost to some extent. If you're willing to splurge for a premium soft serve experience, this place won't disappoint.

A neighbourhood friendly place. Their vanilla is the best. In the early days they didn't get the rice combination of sweetness and texture. In fact the first week i felt i was inside a sugar factory. But now they have mastered it. It's a safe place, quiet location and a good crowd. Vanilla is their best flavor. Goods: - Quality of icecream and service - excellent location - great crowd So son's - It will be the parking.

The filter coffee soft serve was just amazing. Other flavours were good too. When you are there ask them for the flavour of the day. The ambience was great. Location is just perfect.
