They are the most pathetic one. We gave sony speakers for repair, paid 2000 and within 1 week it stopped working again. They gave warranty for 2 months still after consulting again they told motherboard is a problem. It feels like they themselves take the parts of premium devices and replace with poor condition parts to get additional amounts from the clients For the second time consultation even within warranty period, engineer asked for 8000 to pay again

Avoid this service centre at all cost, they will reject your product warranty without valid proof and make no contact for service updates. They ask you to get your product repaired from Moradabad Delhi sony service centre due to lack of technical support Worst service and impolite staff AVOID THEM

Ok-ok, It's super expensive to get your electronics fixed if they're not under warranty anymore, and they only replace parts, not repair them. The staff is nice, though.

Great place & manned by courteous, knowledgeable staff & technicians! Fault with my Sony sub-woofer was attended to on priority and rectified too inside 1 hour! 👌 Recommended place to-go-to for servicing most Sony products. Keep up the good work.👍👍

Not a good experience with Sony Customer service here in Haldwani . The staff hired here are not professionals . I took my Sony music system there for fixing . They straightway told it cannot be repaired without looking at the technical faults . Sony is a reputed and trustworthy brand . Such attitude and lack of knowledge not expected from their staffs.

Worst service provider. I bought Sony product cause of brand name. But if I knew such kind of service they have I never bought Sony tv. But I will suggest not to buy. They even don't pick customer calls.
