I recently visited the Sony Store – Dubai Mall for a free sensor cleaning service for my Sony A7 IV, and the experience was excellent. The service was smooth, professional, and well-organized. The staff were extremely polite and supportive throughout the process. A special mention to Mark, who was very humble, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience comfortable and hassle-free. Just for your info: if you buy something and return it sealed after 3 days, you will only get a 6 month credit voucher. NO REFUND It's in the small letters on the back of the receipt. Think before you buy from Sony UAE. Even though they are owned by Jumbo, the credit voucher is not valid in Jumbo stores. Only in Sony!

Love Sony products, especially the cameras as I am a pro photographer. Went in to the Dubai Mall branch to have my sensor cleaned which was perfect. Here you can get so many different types of cameras 🎥 and Tv but cameras are very good 👍 as always… yeah always I use only Sony camera 📷 love the experience staff are very good and polite.. for sure love to visit again 👍

Don't buy the Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones. I paid almost 1000AED for mine, and after only 4 months of occasional, careful use, the hinge snapped. It's practically brand new, but it's broken. Sony is calling this "physical damage" and refusing to cover it, even though it's a massive design flaw hundreds of people are reporting. Save your money and avoid this expensive piece of junk.

I gave my camera for cleaning over here, and I would not recommend anyone to do the same. Its better to do it yourself. They caused 3 huge scratches on my sensor and I had to sell my camera off. Be very careful

Mr. Majid assisted me throughout the process he was very knowledgeable, patient, and provided great suggestions that really helped me make the right choice. I recently purchased a Sony TV XR65A80L from Abdulla in Dubai mall Sony Store, and the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. As a long-time fan of Sony products, I had high expectations, and I’m thrilled to say that Sony has once again exceeded them. Highly recommend to visit.

So I happened to come across this Sony store in Dubai, but I go in and was looking at the TVs, only for a rep to accuse me of recording the screen with my phone (which isn’t allowed), but it wasn’t even on or up to record!!!! I looked confused because I was looking at the screen ad and that’s it! I told him that was truly uncalled for and quite offensive on how he approached me and not even ask me what I was doing or if I even needed help (which I didn’t in a Sony store of all places, as I’m actually a former ambassador for Sony and currently a partner of theirs for the Alpha and Xperia brands). I also added you mention your store policy to me when I didn’t do anything but was browsing, but literally some others came after me and had their phones up but you stopped me?! I ended up leaving after that… I’ve never had an experience like this in any store, but in SONY of all places!!! Nice work, MARK! Great customer service!
