I recently bought a 1000-watt Sony home theatre from Sony Electronic Centre, and it has completely transformed my movie nights at home. The sound quality is immersive with crystal-clear audio and powerful bass that fills the room without distortion. The staff at the centre were super helpful – they demoed the product, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was packed perfectly. Great pricing too, with no hidden costs. I highly recommend this showroom because they have all the latest and best products in the market.

Great place to buy Sony branded television, home theater, ear buds, digital cameras. The display section is good, the service advisor are very helpful and courteous and patient. Not all visitors are customers, but still they are treated nicely which i liked. The place is small but managed.

Bought Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones from here. Demo was very helpful and noise cancellation is great. Prajwal guided me well.

Most unfriendly, excellence at rudeness, worst ever sony center I been too, purchased sony ult headset which broke within 4 months.negative answers for all enquiry...if given a option,like to give negative star rating as well

Sales person is polite only when one visit to purchase a product, for complaint or enquiry attitude change 360,unfriendly and get to hear answers like 'visit service center and get paid service'

The showroom is in a nice location and can be found easily. However, when it comes to the staff they are really arrogant and lack the mannerism of talking to the customers. Even though this place is few steps away from my home, I prefer going to the Rajajinagar outlet.
