Our recent dining experience at Soul and Spice restaurant located in Courtyard by Marriott, Kuwait, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, the cozy and inviting ambiance set the tone for what would be a memorable evening.
We started with appetizers that included Palak and Aloo Chaat and Fish Amritsari. The chaat was a delightful balance of crispiness and tanginess, while the fish was perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection, with a crisp exterior and tender, flavorful interior.
For the main course, we indulged in Daal Chawal, Chicken Tandoori, and Palak Paneer. The daal was rich and creamy, pairing beautifully with the jeera rice. The Chicken Tandoori was an absolute star, with a smoky aroma and juicy, well-marinated chicken that melted in the mouth. The Palak Paneer was equally impressive, with a smooth spinach gravy and tender paneer cubes that spoke of authentic Indian flavors.
We paired our meal with Sweet Lime Soda, a refreshing accompaniment that perfectly balanced the spices in the dishes.
The service was exceptional. Our server, Anu, was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. A special shoutout to Chef Rajesh and Chef Prakash for crafting such a wonderful dining experience. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident in every dish.
